The restaurant is pretty decent and i like the service of the staff. The Manager and the counter staff were so sweet, they even offered me another drink when I spilled mine by mistake.

Im giving a 1 star rating as in bad service. I placed a mobile order and when i came to pick up only the chicken is in the box and they didnt even pack the remaning of the order and didnt even know until i asked. Placing a mobile order is to keep it ready so the customer just have to come and pick up and go and not wait. If i want to wait then i will just come and order. And the thing why im saying the service is bad also because when i called the store and no one is answering as if there are so busy when therr was only 1 customer in the store eating and the workers are just on there cell phone. Really....great way to work and get orders right. And the food im giving two stars because the taste is still there but quantity has reduced so much now as if we are paying to just get the Popeys box. Really bad

The Burger bun was like an oily / greasy stuff, the chicken though crispy, the pickle didn't add any good to the taste. We were the only customers at the store, still a long wait time. I am done with Popeyes.

Ordered 5 of the 2pc special. Was asked if it was ok for them to put all of the chicken in one big box, and gave them the green light. Who in their right mind would put ONLY 2 thighs but fill the remaining with 8 legs?? Very poorly managed.

The service was amazing! They hire people who work incredibly together. I came on a Sunday morning and the cashier had excellent service! The manager did an amazing job coordinating everyone and the food was magnificent.

The place is filthy, tables and especially the soda counter is sticky and dirty, not just a single day thing either.The food was even worse. 2 of the chicken bites were just dough, no chicken, and within minutes of eating it made me sick and throw up.The service was okay but I had to repeat a question three times after it was seemingly ignored the first two times.Never again.

The level of service left a lot to be desired, first I was told chicken ran out and to wait for 10 mins that ended up being 25 mins wait without apology. To top it up no fries with meat because ran out. Four piece chicken meal was really two piece meal. Not first time been dissatisfied with service at this location.
