My wife and I have lived here at Skygreen Apartments (Mainline Living) for 14 months and we are very happy with the way Schildha and her team look after the development and residents. Schildha, the Community Director, organizes community events which are great fun! If you want a well-managed residential complex to live in, then this is the place for you!

Great evening of music with Marc Machura of Western Canadian Roots hosted by our terrific community managers - Annie and Buck! Fantastic time was had by all and the Subway sandwiches were tasty! Thanks for the fun event and doing all you do, greatly appreciated!

I’m so grateful, I found this beautiful place myself. The apartments are so beautifully designed, with modern interior and are spacious living keeping in mind the needs of everyone.I love and respect our community director Mrs. Schildla .If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have discovered this nice place. She is so helpful and always there for you, she plays a huge role in shaping the whole Skygreen Community as a family.Here we have amazing events throughout the year, where we meet and interact with all the residents of Skygreen community in a positive atmosphere.These events are an pportunity to meet new people and make nice friends.Our Christmas, New year, Halloween Parties and Karaoke nights are just wow! In all these events we enjoy amazing activities for everyone, all ages and delicious food is cherry on top. So much effort is put forth by our Community Director Mrs.Schildla and her team in making these events a huge success and she makes sure families come out and enjoy to the fullest. I can say I had never dreamed of living in such a warm and homely place

I have been living in a Mainline Living apartment for close to 2 years now and have never had a better rental experience! It truly feels like a community and not just another apartment complex where you don’t really know your neighbours. The community director, Schildla, is absolutely amazing and you can tell she really cares for her residents. My dogs and I will continue to call this place home for many years to come! We have been living at Skygreen for 2 years. Very happy with the suites, staff, neighbours. Close to everything and look forward to more years here.

Schildla was super helpful during the whole application process, and we are loving living at Skygreen! Schildla goes above and beyond and made us feel excited and welcomed from the very first phone call we had with eachother!The building is very clean and well maintained. The location is close to everything, and the neighbors we've met so far are lovely! We love that they allow pets, and our pup has already made so many new dog friends :)Thank you for everything, Schildla!

Truly nothing but positives, especially compared to other rental companies. Skygreen is affordably priced, has nice amenities, and Schildla and her team are so responsive. I feel incredibly taken care of rather than taken advantage of like other places. There is a clear and easy system for maintenance issues which all get addressed very quickly. The spaces are taken care of constantly by landscapers, cleaning staff, and ad hoc jobs like leaf blowing after a windy day. It's the small quality of life steps that Schildla and her team take that set Skygreen above the rest in Kelowna. Pet-friendly is a huge plus too. I feel very lucky and privileged to be living here

Schilda was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped us find our lovely apartment. If youre looking for your new home I would highly recommend contacting them!! :)

Positive Occurrence: Buck and Ann got the power back on rather quickly today, at the View apartments in Kamloops BC. Thanks guys
