I love it. He can actually fix things without replacing everything. When you go at the dealer , they just replace all the parts ,which costs a lot more. He can still do that, but you have the Option to repair as well.I bumped my mudguard and broke many clips. I didn't mind the bump but didn't want to lose my mudguard. Instead of unbumping the side for 100$+, and a new mudguard for 100$+, he reatached it for 25$. Saved a lot of $$$I went to see them for some information on how to remove oil from the windshield. He went inside, took a commercial only" product that costs $$$
