Friendly cook, great burger, crispy yet soft fries, and some good choices for vegetarians! Great choice to stop here on our way through. Will be sure to do it again, next time we're in town.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the employees in a warm friendly way. I took my order and the food was ready in a reasonable time. I loved the wings. I tried bbq and hot sauce mix and it gave an amazing flavour. I would totally come back here again and try out more of the items.

Went here first time and great people and great food. Had some witnesses and banquet burger combo it was amazing. We really needed a real burger and wings place in town and finally got one. Owner himself took our orders and prepared the food and he was great! Will be back again and soon!

My daughter and I couldn't decide on what to have for dinner and we remembered West Street Burger and wings. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the lovely girl Stacey behind the counter. I ordered the West Street banquet Burger with the chili onion fries they were to die for. My daughter ordered the crispy chicken burger. And according to her that was delicious as well. Orillia really needed a place like this, best part prices are reasonable and it's close to home. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

First time and we will be back! We got the banquet burger combo and wing combo. Good amount of food for a good price and everything was tasty. The wings were cooked really well and were crispy. The onion chili fries were very good, and the plain fries were yummy and crispy. The burger was comparable to Harvey's. Staff was nice, and the food came pretty quickly. Only down side was the wing sauce wasn't very flavourful and they were out of onion rings and sweet potato fries.

I have tried both the burger and wings, obviously not in the same day :). They are both better than you'd expect, which is a nice surprise. I recommend ordering in advance as they make it fresh, so it's not 'fast'. There was so much food I couldn't eat it all.

My friend and I ordered the wing combo, which included chili onion fries and a drink. It was a huge portion, and delicious. The wings were a good size, and the fries were cooked properly. We will definitely go back!

Great service. Burger is charred nicely and comes on a sesame seed bun. Delicious. If you are a French fry enthusiast as I am, you will be disappointed if you are looking for a good fry truck fry. These are not that. Taste of burger was great.
