I had a very nice experience with Thomas and Janelle recently with a couple of purchases.Thomas was pleasant, personable, and professional. He made some excellent recommendations and then further assisted me with an after purchase issue.Janelle provided great customer service as well; something that is sadly lacking in many retailers.5 ⭐️ and 2 thumbs up!!

Great experience and friendly staff, they were very quick to help my fiance and I. The guy working today was very friendly and helpful with measurements and reccomendations for a wedding suit,as well as ordering the matching jacket online as they did not have the size in store. Great experience shopping today :)

It was amazing! Thomas provided me with excellent customer service, and I felt welcome the entire time! He didn't try to make me buy anything I didn't want. He just showed me a selection that suited what I was looking for! If I ever need to buy another suit I will definitely come here first!

Great customer service. 10/10. After walking past this store countless times in the mall I finally decided to check it out and I ended up treating myself on a whim and bought a nice stylish winter jacket. The staff were very helpful with great advice and information. Got a great deal at 40% off too. Will absolutely be returning.

My Husband had a wedding to go to and didn't realize his old suits didn't fit him untill 3 days prior to the event. We rushed to Tip Top in Calgary, and after many promises on their end, ended up with dress shirts that where way too large. We desperately drove to the Tip Top in Red Deer and not only where they super friendly and informative, they also helped switch out the shirts for ones that fit properly and looked great! A BIG thank you!

boyfriend and i went in looking for a suit today. pelagia helped us out, even went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fit. amazing customer service, very easy to talk to, and overall just had a wonderful and fun experience.

wow what a amazing staff this place has Thomas the store manager is great he promised to find me the suit that fits me and he kept his word and got it for me. Thanks a lot Thomas.I should add the Tailor Sonia in the store is amazing very sweet lady and a great tailor. i recommend this store 1000 times.

Thomas is so great there. We have been in multiple times to find suites for our wedding, he has been an amazing help and made the experience more enjoyable. Never pressuring us to make a decision. We keep on going back just because of the good atmosphere and we always seems to find something new that we like.

It was great! Really good sales on now so if you can wear a slim fit, time to buy suits!! The guy that helped me was knowledgeable enough to let me know what in the store would suit my body type, knew which suits would work for me, no pressure at all just friendly helpful service. It was my first time in there in years and I was pleased, now that I am dressing up for work again, I'll go back for sure!!
