We had been eagerly awaiting the opening of the Shake Therapy location in Komoka. Today we had the opportunity to give it a try. This location opened yesterday so I wasn't surprised that our order of two The Dark Side" shakes took a while to prepare. I must say that we were very disappointed in the drink. For the price we had expected a thick shake. The ones we received were about the same consistency as glass of chocolate milk. Perhaps the shakes are prepared with expectations that additional ingredients will be added to thicken them but my wife and I enjoy plain thick milkshakes. We can make much better chocolate shakes at home. Perhaps the new owners are just working out the kinks and we do hope that their business is a success but if what we received today is an indication of what we can expect after they have had a chance to get customer feedback

The Pizza, Desserts, and Shakes are incredibly crafted to satisfy anyones needs, I'm sure of it. Modify or adjust whatever is on the menu upon request.They've been able to accommodate me here by fulfilling my special request each time.I don't live here. However, I now make special trips just to visit and reward my family.

On father's day, we decided to check out Shake Therapy in Komoka and were impressed by the various options and friendly staff.The pricing is what will first shock you, but treating yourself with something nice comes at a cost.No Tiramisu?? Its a bit of a downer when you get excited over something on the menu only to find out it's unavailable because things aren't in-stock. Would've been nice to first hand us menus saying Oh and sorry we are out of stock on xyz".The shakes were tasty but the strawberry cheesecake placed on our strawberry shake was not as tasty. I'd recommend them find a better creamier cheesecake if charging that much. The Oreo cheesecake shake was amazing both shake and cake.We will definitely return!!P.S. Just a minor criticism. For instagram and social media purposes
