Lorne Park Hall

Great place to rent for small gatherings. Not expensive. Lots of parking.

It's just an indescript old building, which is kept up with fresh paint. The church key holes on the doors show its historic charm. It got the job done for the small workshop I attended there. The images I see here are all houses, not the actual hall.

No heat, bugs and smelled musty

I had an amazing experience at this hall. Yvette was really quick and resourceful when answering our questions and getting information from her manager as well. The hall was nice, clean and affordable. The management allowed us to to utilize the lawn outside the hall too which was perfect for our event! However, the only problem was the AC kept turning off and wasn't great to keep the room cool. It was a really hot day and staying inside was really hard for the guests as it got warm real quick inside. Majority of our event was spent out to get the nice breeze which barely came. However, the space is big enough to fit 35-40 people easily and if you utilize the lawn and porch, maybe even more. The management provides more than enough tables chairs and There's seperate washrooms for genders. There's a nice tennis court behind and enough grass area for kids or adults to play around. Overall, I would definitely come again to rent it out.* Also the only con I would say is, no appliances in the kitchen, unfortunately. But if you're catering or bringing warmers or even bring your own cooler for drinks, then it should be fine!

This is an old building but good.

I was there for a church service on Sunday afternoon at 4:30. Very small service, large online presence, almost like a Bible study yet at the same time a full service with Eucharist.

I had no idea this place had any use until recently. A few people like it for its easily climbable façade, which apparently makes for good parkour videos.
