360 Inspection Services

We used 360 Inspection Services for air quality testing in our damp basement. Tyler completed the testing and the results were above acceptable safe levels. Tyler provided us with recommendations to address the issue, which we followed over the course of a month or so. We had Tyler come back to complete further air quality testing and we were very happy to find that the poor air levels had significantly decreased and were near acceptable levels. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helped us achieve better air quality in our new home. I would highly recommend 360 Inspection Services!

We are in the process of purchasing a new home and used 360 Inspection Services for the conditional home inspection we had set. Tyler's response to our inquiry was fast, despite it being a long weekend. He showed up on time and was very thorough in his inspection of the home. His report was extremely detailed and was sent to us within an hour after the inspection was complete. We were very impressed by this company's efficiency and would highly recommend their services!

Tyler was on time and did a great job. He also found another issuein our home that really surprised us...since we just bought our home 40 days ago. He offered to go up in our attic and investigate the issuefurther and gave us information that the Home Inspector we hired a month ago did not have a clue regarding this issue. Tyler did not charge us for his attic investigation and did a quality air testing job in the process. Tyler knows his stuff and I would give him a 10 out of 10for all the work he did !

Tyler has inspected two houses for us now. In the first, he found rising damp, which saved us buying a house with a water issue. Since we had used him before, he gave us a discount on the second inspection. His reports are very thorough and include lots of useful information and tips. He responded very promptly to all calls, texts, and emails. He readily accommodated our schedules.

Tyler performed an inspection for me in the summer of 2015. During the inspection, Tyler seemed to be very thorough however he failed to check the air conditioning unit which after purchasing the home, I discovered was broken for many years, and he told me in the report that the hot water tank was in good condition. Six months after the purchase date, I had to replace the hot water tank due to the fact that it had completely rusted out and was leaking.Tyler's report did contain a lot of information and Tyler was professional, however, these items were missed during the inspection and when I e-mailed asking for an explanation, I did not receive one.

Based on my recent experience with 360, I would highly recommend the company.Tyler was very thorough in conducting his assessment and went out of his way to accommodate my daughter's schedule because she is in University. He was very polite and professional and the report was well written and very comprehensive. It confirmed my concerns with the air quality in the rental property that my daughter lives in.

I do not recommend this inspector. Zero rating if I could. Very disappointed in Tyler at 360 Inspections. I discovered after the inspection and payment, that he didn't even inspect one bathroom (with toilet problem), performed no outside inspection (with clogged downspout that caused basement flooding and chipmunk holes in foundation) or noticed ceiling stains and odd repairs in living room (leaking upstairs bathtub/shower). Tyler came by to review, admitted his errors, offered to refund fee and informed me that the more significant issues would have to go through his insurance. There was a delay in my part in following up with Tyler. He could have refunded me the fee at any time and now refuses to even provide the full refund. I thought Tyler would honour his refund offer at minimum, be a decent business owner who acknowledged his mistakes and save us both the hassle of small claims. Nope, not Tyler/360 Inspections. I've now spent hundreds of dollars in repairs that would have come off the purchase price of the house.

Tyler was extremely responsive. I contacted him in the morning and he was at our house that same afternoon to obtain a sample of our attic insulation. We got our results back in a timely manner and although it wasn’t the result we were hoping for he was able to recommend another great professional to help us with our problem. We would definitely use him again as well as recommend him to our family and friends. Thanks again Tyler!

Tyler quickly booked an appointment with me to inspect my apartment. The rates were very reasonable based on my research. He came promptly and was professional during his visit to my home/office. He sent the results promptly as well.

I'm a new mum and new condo owner who was going through a nightmare of a reno project: the contractor we hired knowingly drilled into popcorn ceiling which had asbestos... Did I mention I was a new mum? Needless to say, I freaked the f*ck out. But thankfully, I found Tyler. His experience, professionalism, and genuinely caring nature was evident during our first phone call and throughout our inspection. Given our circumstance, Tyler thought there would be low risk but I was determined to test for the sake of my baby so we proceeded with an air test. Due to our contractor leaving our condo in such a poor state, Tyler had to come back on three separate occasions to take the test results due to poor air quality. His patience and understanding was above and beyond and we're extremely grateful given it was such a stressful time. Highly recommend.
