Absolutely horrible experience! Was told to come back in a few days and my zipper would be repaired on my sofa cushion. Went back only to be told next week. That turned into a couple of months. When I checked back, they lost my cushion cover. Owner said he didn't even remember me bringing the item in! Now I have to reorder the material, if it's even possible to replace it, through the manufacturer. I will be seeking out a more reputable and dependable upholsterer in the future. Would never recommend this establishment, EVER!

Would not recommend this business to anyone. Wanted to stay local. Brought in my boat seats to be completely redone in April to avoid the rush". Told they would be ready first of May. Waited until the third week of May and called to check progress. The seats were untouched. Was told that I told Earl I didn't need the seats until July. This conversation only occurred in Earl's head. Waited another 6 weeks and received nothing but excuses. Got fed up and picked up my untouched seats end of June. Very disappointing experience. Take your upholstery business to a shop that wants the work. Gave one star as 0 is not an option."

I brought in a kids couch and chair along with some princess fabric and I could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you so much!

My mom brought her chair in last August (2019) and we still have not heard back from the owner or received our chair. We have reached out multiple times and he has not contacted us at all.

We had a great experience getting our boat seats reupholstered. Fast, friendly and great quality. We were even able to reuse the foam!

Had my two beautiful antique chairs done by this clown discusting I paid 2000 dollars and they were beyond garbage took over a yearto get back I had to take them to a place in pickering to have redone thesesfuya that reside them did a amazing job they said the guy from this upholstery shop should be reported to bbb he is not a upholstery he is a scammed not use this guy

Their website says they take Credit cards, however when I went to pay with my MasterCard he said he only took cash or cheque. Also their website says free pick up and delivery, however that is also not correct. When I could not get my chair there on a particular day, the owner suggested I could get it picked up for $50.00.When I kindly said that he should probably update his website, he abruptly told me not to tell him how to run his business! And that was not the first time he snapped at me.

Someone referenced this fella as a clown, which is almost too nice a description. Had a boat seat there for close to a year. Told me numerous times it would be completed and it was not. Told me he had the materials and then he didn't. Never answered our calls and never reached out. Finally went in and retrieved the seat back into our possession. Can't believe how disappointed we are....

Very disappointing experience. We had two cushions redone. They were high end leather and are now a poly vinyl blend. I took them back to discuss options with the owner. He wanted nothing to do with them or me. He went on to say he didn't do leather and if he did it would have cost more than $1,800 for two cushions. He did not tell us they wouldn't be leather when we picked from his binder on samples. The samples are glued to a page so you can't see or feel the back. The fabric doesn't look anything like what we picked.I will need to get them redone again. We are out time and $$$.

Worst experience. I had them do 3 chairs a sofa and a sofa bed. One of the chairs - over 100 yrs old was scalloped and was sewn uneven. The sofa was so poorly sewn the cloth is coming off. Said he would fix both pieces when he delivered the other 3 pieces. 2 yrs later. He still has my other pieces. Many phones calls … many excuses… including COVID, health, new employee, COVID health again. I now have the 2 pieces $2000 that are trash after 2 years and the other 3 are still not done and are in his store. Btw I paid for the fabric $1000 for the other 3 pieces by way of a deposit 2 yrs ago.He was highly recommended at the time. He has been there a long time and I suspect he was good and/or had good employees. Please shop around. I wish I had.
