My booth motor died on Monday and the landlord brought our motor to sterling. It’s a 3 week wait for parts so we decided to get a new one. They had it 3hrs away. It’s now Friday evening and we’re still waiting for it. My business has been crippled for the entire week while miscommunications and incompetence and 2 tries to ship it but somehow hasn’t made it here yet. It’s supposed to be delivered to my landlord house tonight. Thanks sterling
