Valley Roots

Great food, great service. We had Valley Roots cater for our wedding rehearsal dinner and the food was amazing. Everyone commented on the quality service, taste of food, and portion sizes. Also a great place for bbq eats and a quick lunch. Excellent local staff, and a great local business.

Love their wraps! I've been attempting to try every wrap on their menu and so far I've loved them all. The turkey salad wrap is so good! They also have a great selection of salads, cold cuts, and high quality meat.

I've now been in town for 2 years and I've only gone to Valley Roots for the 1st time today and WHAT A MISTAKE. Why hasn't anyone told me to check this place out earlier!?!?!?!??! I got there, and within 10 seconds, a young man asked me what he could get ready for me. I told him it was my first time so he explained how things are. I got the Valley Roots wrap and it's VERY good. The price is reasonable, the service was great & fast, and the wrap is delicious. I'm making this a regular stop from now on! Wish I would of gotten the young gentlemen's name. He was extremely polite, professional and showed great customer service.

Honestly, staff were friendly and polite, and fresh cuts looked like they had good quality. There were lots of issues though. Wraps were mundane for the price, and nowhere did they specify what the different wraps had in them, despite having like 20 different options. No employees using gloves to pick up food, and i saw someone mixing salads with their hands with no gloves. No labels on any of their meats, so unless you know all of the cuts in your head then youre bound to be confused. No labels on the different marinated meats, and when i asked i was told they are just using Diana sauce. May as well go to the store and buy meat and marinade yourself. There were no instructions on how to walk through the place, which during covid makes it fairly confusing. Staff were pleasant, but they could certainly use better management and business practices.

Keep coming back for their Jalapeno poppers and London Broils. Cant be beat. Salads are quite expensive but over-all Ive been a regular customer for over 14 years. There cold meat and cheese platters for multiple guests at a luncheon are excellent!!

This place has the best meat in Arnprior as far as I'm concerned. Doesn't matter what you get, every thing is terrific. Got meat? Yes they do.

Amazing food! They have a variety of wraps, went out for lunch with my colleagues and we each got a large wrap that was delicious and super filling!! Their staff were very friendly and were quick to serve us. There was 4 of us and I think 4 different ladies served each of us to get us in and out quickly.Amazing service, amazing food. Definitely going to be a Friday lunch favorite spot.

Today, January 5, 2023, we visited this place for the first time around 13:00 pm. We were introduced by our neighbor. We went inside to check the products in the store. We loved it. After a while, a lady greeted us. She was nice and professional to us, but there were two people behind the second counter who let us down. The way they looked at us and reacted to see us that we were from other planets. They were making fun of us and laughing at us among themselves. They thought that we didn’t notice, but we did notice. We were surprised to see such a scene. Therefore, these people need to be Re-educated and Re-trained about the customer service. We don't feel comfortable going to this store again... disappointing scene"."
