We love coming here with the kids to let them run around. It's always clean and it's maintained to very high standards.The public restrooms are a huge plus as well.

The Caraco home field and the Invista Centre are two of the best facilities Kingston has undertaken to build. It doesn't matter when you go by, the parking lot is full. These facilities are always used to full capacity and offer so much to the Community. I love watching my granddaughter's run with their school and play hockey. Best way to spend one's time!

Great track. Surface is excellent for walking as therapy after a broken ankle. Lots going on, fun to watch what others are doing.

Open to the public. Great turf. Ran around with the kids and stayed dry despite the rainy weather. Loved it.

The beautiful 400m track is open, and there is a water fountain! Great for training. Note that soccer nets were locked up. And the field is closed on holidays.

Soccer field in the middle of the track. Proper running track with marked lanes popular with schools. Building has four ice pads. Also has exercise facility.

Field is immaculate. Needs some fencing so the ball doesn't stop going out of bounds. Ball got loose, and I had to chase it down to the yogurt factory.

Nice soft track for walking and getting your daily exercise. Easy to figure out and keep track of your distance since the lanes are numbered. A quick internet search provides you with the number of meters for each lane. Five times around the outer 8th lane is equal to 1.41 miles or 2.269 kms.
