Great service last week when my car wouldn't start. Chapman had me back on the road the same day.

Presently rollin' in a 945T Wagon. Top notch service for my road trip was performed!A volvo enthusiast directed me towards Chapman Motors and he was spot on. No fuss, no hassel...great service @ reasonable pricing.The day my ride was being serviced I was working for a Landscape Client that had been using Chapman for many years. Directly voicing their approval spannning numerous Volvo's and their present Subaru.All in all you will not be dissapointed.

I had a fuel pump relay problem and broke down on the road - luckily, Chapman took my car immediately, offered me coffee, reassured me, and had the part replaced within a couple days! Just picked up our BMW X3 35i M Sport up from Chapman's. They really know Bimmers. I was super impressed with their service. They were extremely accommodating about using some parts I had kicking around as many shops won't let you supply anything. Can't recommend them enough. In a town full of Volvos, Chapmans stands out as the premier vintage auto repair shop. Cumulative centuries of experience, and drawing knowledge from various old fart sources, Chapmans has helped me keep my daily driver on the road despite my best attempts to neglect it to death. Also, if you're inclined toward low-brow humour as I am, Ross is hilarious.

Chapman Motors delivers the most outstanding Volvo service on Vancouver Island. Diagnosing technical engine codes and readily having parts on hand to perform repairs same day.... I couldn't ask for more.These guys know their Volvo's, as they can readily back each issue and repair with detailed explanations and experience they've had with similar issues on other Volvos.Ross is pleasant and quite knowledgable about the vehicles serviced by Chapman. I've always left feeling they gave my Volvo the attention and service it deserves.Do not hesitate taking your Volvo (or other import, as I often see BMW's and Mercedes in their lot) to Chapman for repairs. They do not disappoint.
