Don't expect it to be in stock for a small store. They can get anything that the chain carries. It will just have to be ordered from the main warehouse.

Staff are great and are always very helpful. If they don't have a part in stock they can usually get it within 24 hours. This store is a great asset for Lake Cowichan.

This store has it all. They give fantastic advice, are amazingly friendly, helpful and the best pricing. I have been many times,and each time I am impressed with their level of quality service. Vince gives excellent service and advice. Highly recommend this store. I always enjoy shopping here.

Most people here are good but there's one specific clown behind the desk who wastes people's time and messes up quotes. Decided to lie to me over the phone over a quote he made the day prior. You will no longer get my business. I went to competitor parts store and got what I needed within minutes

Getting really sick of this place closing early I work 8-430 everyday get to lake cowichan and they should be open till 6 and this is like the 3rd time it’s closed at 5-530
