The worst adjusters to deal with very unprofessional. the London office management, the staff the kitchener office they can't get their act together or their demands in order. I have a claim I opened in August it will be November in two days and still haven't settled even though I followed their demands to the tee. I offered all the required documents from day one and they said they have no need for them then every 3 weeks they come back and ask for one of the documents from the police report to the receipts. one day they claim no need for them the next day they do and when dealing with one of their adjusters if he or she screws up all they do is send you to the next adjuster to shuffle blame and when you call or email them to get an update they ignore your calls and emails it takes them 3 weeks to get back to you and when they do they say sorry don't offer a solution and demand another document that you have to copy sign and mail to them adding more time to the already ridiculous time they take in processing the claim. They offer no solution to remedy their short comings. God forbid you miss an insurance payment all hell breaks loose and you end up getting denied insurance from another insurer and if you do get insurance its usually at triple or quadruple the rate. How wonderful that insurance companies own our politicians and elected officials you cant get to hold any of them accountable for their B.S. but dare you as a consumer screw up watch what will happen to you and your insurance.

Worst company ever I'm giving 1 star to my self for all the work I did for them cause they wouldn't. Bad bad bad company and customer service.

Where do I start. I’ve been with Allstate for over a decade. I was rear ended recently and the nightmare has not ended. This company is giving Allstate a terrible reputation. I’ve never been treated poorer by an establishment before. I’ve been lied to and then offered 60% of what my car is worth. Hard to believe these folks represent Allstate.

This company is useless. I will be leaving Allstate because of this company. All my rentals, boats, cars, trailers will no longer be with Allstate due to ClaimsPro. same as all the reviews below, extremely bad customer service, more then a month in and still no contact about my SUV.
