I love sandwiches so much, and most places are disappointing! It's hard to find a good sandwich that tastes like it was made with love, and also tastes good!I got the turkey cranberry sandwich and it was lovely. Carefully made, neat and all the ingredients taste delicious and fresh. The daily soup I got was good as well! Would recommend if you just love a classic sandwich.

Disappointing.The turkey sandwich comes with sundried tomatoes instead of tomatoes as listed on the menu - more than a semantic mix up.Ordered an ALT sandwich and ended up with a BLT sandwich - I can grasp the source of the confusion but try naming your sandwiches with more than a single letter's variance.One patronage may not reflect the overall quality but my visit on July 5 was probably a deal breaker.

The baristas here are very talented! The coffee is of excellent quality and I love the flat white. I wish they had more baked good options, their offerings don't look appetizing.

I am glad I dropped in to this cafe. They have extremely friendly staff who are keen to help you decide on the best menu items for you. I asked for a handheld breaky on the go and they recommended the breakfast croissant sandwich. It had cheese, deli ham, and a perfectly fried egg, I mean this egg was cooked to oozey perfection and the croissant was a legit croissant. I'm not usually very keen on ham and egg croissant as you never know what you're getting, but this was easily the best one I've ever had. The perfectly cooked egg and croissant make this a must try

The staff were very friendly but that’s the only good thing about this place. The website gave me a different price so I wasn’t expecting to pay as much as I did. I got a breakfast sandwich. I asked for bacon which I didn’t think would be an issue since they serve BLT’S!!! But my only options were sausage or ham. They were out of sausage so my only option was ham. They didn’t ask what kind of bread I wanted even though the place is called BREAD and butter!!! The sandwich wasn’t even that good. MEGA disappointment. Won’t be back and will never suggest it to anybody.

Was training for 3 weeks in the area. Best service ever. These guys make the best sandwiches I've ever had and accommodated my gf status, even going so far as to sanitize before making my lunches. Excellent prices, fantastic coffee. Good luck guys!!!

Really wish that the menu didn't change so drastically when the owner changed. When they first opened, I had a shrimp/avo sandwich with lemon aioli and it was SO GOOD! I went back a couple months ago, and their menu is very limited now, with basic sandwiches only. Too bad , I won't be back =(

A lovely cafe with good interesting food, great coffee, and friendly service. Dog water bowl for the puppies. We were at a track meet up at SFU and up there are only awful corporate options like Tim Hortons and Starbucks. I’d rather die than eat that processed junk so went off the hill searching for a real food place. Really glad I found this.

My new favourite on Uber Eats!Their coffee and sandwiches really hit the spot, and while the prices are quite fair, the flavour is unique and has me coming back on the reg.Somehow they've resurrected wholesome childhood memories of eating Spam and eggs at the breakfast table but added a new angle to it with seaweed and Kewpie mayo. And if that isn't your cup of tea, their bagels with salmon, cream cheese, and capers sure will be.
