Dealing with bad tenants who take advantage of your kindness is a pain and Donald has been an enormous source of relief and de-stressing during the difficult process of dealing with bad tenants.

We were so happy with Don and his services. Our tenant from hell has been gone almost a month thanks to him and his efficient kindness and words of wisdom. I highly advise anyone renting their basement suite get ring camera's to be able to document and have evidence of bad things going down. Also save any texts or emails from your tenant that can be used as evidence of wrong doings happening on your property. Document everything!Can't thank Don and his team enough for getting the people that were terrorising us, out of our basement suite.Well worth the money spent, and it really was not at all unreasonable in any way.We would definitely rehire without hesitation if the need ever came about again. At this point though, our suite will remain empty after this last experience.

Don is an expert with many successful evictions. He helped me with a very slippery, lying tenant who's guest assaulted me when I found an unconscious man lying face down on the driveway and I stooped down to ask if he was ok.
