Worst wait time seen ever, waited for ***4 hours*** then came home without seeing doctor. Went at 11.30, girl at desk told me 1 hour wait time, came back after hour then said another 45 min wait time, came back after 45 min, waited over 2 hours still no sign of call so gave up. Worst walk in ever. Better to wait in emerg.

Very unprofessional reception staff. Was told I had an appointment at 5:20pm when I went there the doctor had left as apparently she doesn’t work after 5:00pm and was denied any service for a sick baby . Disappointed

The doctor at this clinic is great but getting intouch to speak to a receptionist is impossible. They have a website and expect you to book an appointment just so you don't need to call in. I'm not going to book an appointment to ask a simple question (something a receptionist can answer). On top of that there is a feature on the website where you leave your info for the receptionist to call you back .. They don't call you back! I've left voicemails as well for someone to call me back and again they don't return your call. When you call they put you on hold with a message saying 'all the receptionists are busy at this time please wait for another receptionist' no one actually ever answers the phone . Also what I don't understand is that the website says the clinic is open till 4pm but why is it when I call around 2 pm the voicemail says the clinic is closed ? I've never known any medical clinic that makes it impossible to reach someone. This is honestly really bad customer service.

Dr. Rizvi is one of the worst psychiatrists I have ever encountered. He did not listen and jumped to conclusions without asking any crucial questions relating to my file. I would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE. He has VERY limited knowledge and the appointment was frustrating. Just shows how incompetent the health system is by giving Dr. Rizvi his medical position. Aside from that the receptionist staff were overall nice.

Great experience with Dr. Hassan on our first today. He is polite and attentive and listens our concerns. Lady Receptionist and both pharmacists in hijab are polite. Waiting time is normal. We waited almost half an hour as there were 2 patients ahead of us. Overall great experience 5/5.

My experience with Dr. Iqbal is by far the best I’ve had with any doctor. Patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. I feel very lucky to have her as my ob!

My OBGYN IS GREAT BUT THE RECEPTIONISTS HERE NEVER ANSWER CALLS. OR THEY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE BUT PUT YOU ON HOLD UNTIL YOU GIVE UP AND HANG UP THE PHONE YOURSELF. BAD SERVICE FOR A MEDICAL CENTRE.

Overall care is really good, but they do not pick-up the phone. I had been calling daily multiple times because I was sick for 8 day and really needed to see a physician since I was also 8 months pregnant. However, they would not pick up the phone or respond to voicemails for 8 days despite me calling about 10 times daily. This is a regular pattern, many of my family friends that are patient's there have been complaining. I had to physically go there in person to get an appointment. When I mentioned that none of the 4 receptionists were not picking up the call, they started to yell at me. It was very unprofessional and that behavior was inappropriate especially since I was very sick. The phone was ringing in front of me and no one was picking up. They continued to argue with me and yell at me and even disclosed some of my moms medical information stating that she had comeby the other day. Their excuse is that they do not have the capacity to receive calls based on the number of patient's in the clinic. I would like to file a complaint with CPSO against this clinic as its really difficult to receive care here due to the receptionist not picking up calls. Overall the physicians are great and provide great care, but the receptionist are rude and you cannot book an appointment without having to physically go there in person.

Dr. Hassan Muhammad is a great doctor. The customer service at the front needs improvement, but I get what I need done. Pharmacist and blood work within the same building, which is great!

Our doctor is excellent but the phlebotomist who collected blood had no sense of which needle to use or how deep to go in the vein. I was a phlebotomist myself so had to stop her and guide her through the whole process, still everytime while changing tubes she was going too far and gave me a bruise. My vein is very easy to collect visible from surface, i wonder what she does to other patients, people must get hurt so much! Please use professional phlebotomists, its not a joke.
