My senior cat was a client here. Two days before Christmas, 2021, my little furry friend became acutely ill, she was 16 years old, and I knew that she was in pain. They couldn't see her without an appointment and sent me away saying good luck". I was very upset and disappointed and can not recommend this practice.Luckily

I called this vet twice this week in hopes of getting a appointment for my cat sometime this week or the next. I explained that my cat isn't eating because his mouth is infected due to a cold and he's bleeding every time he tries to drink. They did not seem to care nor understand the situation and just stated that they had no openings. There was no offer for next week or when they would have a opening, just a shut off statement. I immediately called another vet and have a appointment for this afternoon. Do not go to this vet, get someone who cares about your pets needs.

Took my car there, fist time he's been to the vet. We were nervous because he gets pretty feisty, but the vet was very capable. Handled our cat very well, we were pretty amazed.We were also able to get an appointment fairly quickly, and they were very understanding about being late due to the cat not getting into the carrier well.

Terrible customer service. They basically laughed at me the whole time I was there because I was asking questions about my dogs needles and trying to get information. When I didn’t get the information I needed and asked more questions to try and make a decision, they told me “hurry up and decide because your appointment time is running out”Super rude. Called to have them send our info to another vet clinic because we refused to go back and they laughed at us on the phone. Would not recommend to anybody.

At 1AM my poor kitty took a turn for the worst, but the amazing staff at Glooscap answered my call and their swift and competent actions returned him to perfect health. I would never put the lives of my fur friends anywhere else but here in the healing hands of these honorable hoomans.

The gracious folks at Glooscap were so kind to bring Cooper our G Retriever in at last minute on Friday and saved poor Cooper an aweful ordeal by their kindness. Thanks both to Cindy and Karla for taking care of us and our belived animals.
