We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the WHITE PEARL for 4 nights. It is truly a luxury chalet with all the comforts for an amazing family ski experience. This was one of our best vacations made possible with an outstanding accommodation with convenient ski in/out access to the Black Forest ski lift. Days of powder skiing, followed by comfortable nights in the open concept chalet enjoying food, drink and games by the warm fireplace and relaxing the sore muscles in the hot tub.Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a first class experience at Big White!Ryan, Deb & Madison

Wow! This is a nice place to stay in. Loved the location and the view!Everyone in our group (9 of us) was happy with the spacey sleeping arrangements and living room. The couches, the decor and the loft were all our favourites. After a day of skiing it was easy to ski in and warm up in the hot tub or around the fireplace.Ski-Out: Just a brief 1-2 mins walk up a small hill and we could ski down to the gondola and start our skiing day. Ski-In: Just go down to the village Center, by the lodge, and take Happy Valley way, skiing right down, then take a left up to the hill where you skied down originally. The house was very clean and organized when we first arrived. The garage was heated and very spacious. Also a place to hang all our ski and boarding equipment. Two big fridges and a new stove were super handy with a big family. The kitchen was well stocked, with all the essentials. All in all, it was amazing, and we would LOVE to come back again next year! Our host Brock stopped by and was super helpful and accommodating.

Brock has been very good to deal with. He has always responded within minutes to my requests. We asked if we could check in earlier and check out later and he was so accommodating. I have loved dealing with him! Five stars for service!!!

This is an awesome place. Very family friendly. We were with 9 of us and there was enough room and comfy couches (!) to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was every single pot, pan and tool imaginable to our disposal. The place was very clean and organized when we got there. The big garage was ideal for all our ski gear. Plenty of room again with even an extra fridge. The upstairs master was ideal and nicely tucked away from all busyness of the downstairs. It’s truly ski out and with a little bit of figuring out you can almost ski in as well. The hot tub was heavily used and definitely HOT! The fireplace added to the cozyness and the view with the large windows is spectacular. Our kids enjoyed the nice big chess game and all the lovely books available from Big Nate to John Grisham and Meave Binchy. This is a place we would all love to come back to!! Thanks! Also the property manager stopped by and checked if everything was ok. Very attentive and also he was very fast in responses etc.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Nook. Had everything we needed and more. We were the first guests of the season and had no issues. They accommodated our 2 dogs no problem as well. Great location close to the hill. Would highly recommend this gem. (We are a family of 4 with 2 dogs).

Highly recommended place to stay and people to deal with!Smoothest check-in, check out and worry free stay we have ever experienced. Brock answered questions within the minutes. He organized his team member Kristina to meet us at the entrance. She helped us with luggage and lead us to the apartment, showed the place, explained where to turn up heat, gave us extra beddings and told us to call her in a case we need anything. I found having someone meet you at the entrance faster and much easier then to follow instructions on getting in as I did not have to think about anything.Great location, just on the Perfection run so easy to ski in and out but also close to the center of the village ..just 3mins walk and you are at the center of village. The apartment is spacious and modern, nice layout and great view on the run. Enjoyed watching how runs were groomed at night through balcony door.Kitchen has everything what is needed.We asked if we could check out later as our shuttle was after the regular check out hours and he was so accommodating. Very much appreciated!Thank you, Brock and Kristina, for making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a fantastic experience at the Cozy Nook. It was clean, included all the amenities and was well laid out. The jacuzzi was luxurious. The manager was very responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at the White Pearl Luxury Chalet .The White Pearl is big, comfortable and decorated exquisitely. I highly recommend renting this Chalet on your next trip to Big White.

We had a wonderful stay at Big White. The chalet was beautiful, and truly ski in - ski out. I was especially impressed with Brock, he made sure we had all the information we needed and made our stay pleasant!
