DO NOT USE THIS GUY. Even if you’re a builder or contractor, do not put your trust in Carmine. The stress and agony he will put you through is disgusting. He acts like an honest and trustworthy person, but it is all phony. He swears and yells at you thinking he has power or something when he’s just a disrespectful human being. I wish I spent an extra few hundred dollars and went with a real company. The floors were supposed to be done in two visits, so I paid in full and had to harass him to have his installers come back. Months and months of wasted time, they never came back to finish their job. Fast forward to six months later, my floors from Vintage started to fracture. I was never told about how sensitive Hickory wood is and that humidity levels needed to be kept at a certain percentage. So I contacted the manufacturer and since I got blamed for the floors cracking, I said I would pay for the replacement boards. Carmine said he would not be contacting me to repair anything. He promised that he stood behind the products he sold and that we did not have to worry and not even a year later, being out $15,000, I have to find another company to pay and fix my floors.
