The man who did the fittest is pleasant to work with. The general manager Yan has told me for the last two weeks she would give me an email of my fittest results. Still hasn’t been delivered, in addition she gave a lot of attitude in her email. Yan needs professional training, if she is to fill the role as a manager as I haven’t seen this type of customer service before. I would have honestly given it 0 star, but the guy who did the fittest was really nice.

Emailed once to book a fit test and received a reply about time availability. I replied twice on separate occasions but did not receive any replies. Poor customer and booking services which is unfortunate. Would recommend whoever is in charge of booking to be on top of email communications to prevent those from wasting time. Hope this feedback can be useful for company review.

The trainer had a wealth of knowledge. I was very impressed with the course content, and his level of experience. I will be returning for more training in the future.
