Avenue Machinery (Kelowna Location) is a well put together store. They're a bit smaller, but they're also very resourceful and are able to bring in machines from their Vernon location or Abbotsford, so they can still cater to individual customer needs. At this location, in my experience, they've had very friendly service and have been able to provide more focus and time to their customers. Furthermore, their machines are reliable and great quality, especially for the small to medium construction and farming operations!! I would highly recommend visiting them with your needs - they listen and try to find the right solutions for you!

I had a chat with the Sales staff and they were really friendly and informative. If you are a local winery or a smaller owner operator I HIGHLY recommend this location and company.They sold a machine to a local business I know as well and have heard nothing but good things about this place!

Cam was extremely helpful! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with courtesy and knowledge, Cam was able to help us figure out exactly which size skid steer would be suitable for our needs! With the new staff and ownership, it is the place for all your kubota parts at a fair price. Knowledgeable staff contribute to allowing my shop to get my customers tractor or implement on the road in a reasonable manner with the parts I need.

If you are into Kubota tractors then this is a must see.. they have an outstanding selection and a well stocked parts department. .

We own a small John Deere , estate tractor but live on the west side and the John Deere dealership is quite a drive for us. We have taken our tractor to Avenue machinery several times and have been very satisfied. The first time was a few years ago when we had them repair a problem with our four wheel drive mechanism, that a John Deere dealership in Alberta had attempted to fix a short time earlier. Avenue machinery diagnosed that a vital part of the assembly had been missed, they fixed the problem and years later still working great. This spring we were unable to start our tractor and it had developed a severe fuel leak over the winter, presumably because of the cold spell that happened in Dec. Fixed it promptly at a very reasonable price. THANK YOU AVENUE MACHINERY.

If you are willing to take the time out of your schedule and do Robs job and find the part number and part you are looking for by going online to their supplier, then it makes it easy for him to pick up the phone and call it in, collect your money and be in your way. I was told they didn't stock a certain part and was no longer available for a Massey I had in the shop, because it wasn't on the Massey site. I had to go through my whole hydraulic system, write down all the part numbers, then email it in. If I missed a number or letter, (heaven forbid because I'm a mechanic not a parts guy) then I was told it wasn't a good number to go back to the website and find the right one. And then if they did have the part, it is 30% higher than the other guys. Hydraulic pump kit was over $600 but incomplete because the main part I needed wasn't available. I went to Farmco, not only got the kit I needed for $370, I got the part that was supposedly not available from Avenue, for only $35. After telling Rob, he simply said that he could have also searched from the place I got the kit......then why the hell didn't he?? After all, as a parts guy, you pursue all vendors at your disposal. Very unimpressed with the parts department.

Although I'm based in Vancouver, I work with Noel at the Kelowna branch because he is quite simply the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful salesman I have ever met. After working with a couple other equipment salesmen, I am so grateful to have found Noel. He truly has his customers' best interests at heart, and it really shows. I bought a Kubota KXB460 breaker which he shipped to Avenue's Abbotsford branch, and upon getting it home, it turned out to have a minor fitment issue with my excavator's hydraulic coupler. I called him at about 7 pm, and he offered to drive down immediately, despite being four hours away. I suggested he come down a couple days later instead, and he made the 10-hour round trip (including repair time) to resolve an issue with a sale that had almost no commission compared to most of the machinery he sells, and no history of past purchases by me. I call him The Patron Saint of Heavy Equipment. His knowledge and professionalism is truly amazing. It's often said that business is a team sport, and take it from me, you need Noel on your team!

We appreciate the excellent service we received from John Holman at Avenue Machinery. My husband loves his Kubota tractor. He uses it almost every day on our land. We are getting ready to build our home and we cannot imagine not owning it. It’s been amazing! I can hardly get him off of it. Ha! It has also helped us so much this winter with snow removal. All our neighbours were jealous. The service has far exceeded our expectations. We will be dealing with Avenue Machinery in the future and will recommend them and John to our friends and family!
