Nicole is a wonderful physiotherapist! She took the time to listen to my concerns and did a thorough assessment. She demonstrated all the exercises and made sure I showed them to her before I left so I knew I was doing them correctly. My session with her flew by and she made it so fun! Can't wait to come back.I also got a massage by Lyndsey and she was wonderful! She take care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and always checked to see if I was doing okay. I felt so good and relaxed after! I'd highly recommend her to anyone in need of a massage.

I went to Compass Rose Wellness Clinic for an Indian Head Massage by Lori Read. I was not sure what to expect when I went in to receive this service. I was absolutely blown away! It was relaxing, meditative, and beyond enjoyable! I have always had a traditional massage but this blew that out of the water! It was obvious that Lori was intentional with her movements and thorough for the 60 minute massage. I left feeling calm and at ease. I even bought two as Christmas gifts for my family! Thank you to Compass Rose Wellness and Lori! I can't wait until my next massage!

I am a Registered Nurse and I am working with Nicole Guitar (physiotherapist), specifically for pelvic floor physiotherapy. I can’t say enough positive things about Nicole! Her overall approach is relaxed and professional. She explains everything in detail and her knowledge base is exceptional. There was no feeling of being rushed during the appointment. Nicole sat and chatted with me for an extended period of time, in order to ensure she had taken a very thorough medical history. After the appointment, Nicole emailed me detailed instructions for my at-home exercises, including videos to watch that help to illustrate the exercises. I very much appreciated this incredibly helpful and personal post-appointment follow up.

I have had a prenatal massage by Sarah and was assessed by Nicole (Physiotherapist) this week. Both appointments were fabulous and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Compass Rose Wellness. Scheduling an appointment through the online booking system is very easy. Sarah was personable and explained everything very well. I left my massage feeling relaxed and have already booked my next massage. Nicole was amazing. She performed a thorough assessment and explained everything in detail. I left my appointment with a much better understanding. She took to the time to ensure I understood the exercises and technique to practice at home and I'm looking forward to our follow-up appointment.

I visited Compass Rose for a recent physiotherapy assessment. I was instantly impressed upon entering into such a comfortable, clean and welcoming environment. The reception and offices are beautiful and a very relaxing place to come for physio- a very different feel from a standard healthcare office.Nicole performed my assessment and she was thorough, kind and professional. Compass Rose is a beautiful facility. I've had a number of appointments with Nicole Guitar. She is professional, knowledgeable and takes a genuine interest in her patients. Nicole was thorough in both her assessment and explanation. I always leave appointments feeling confident about the knowledge she has shared and my next steps. My whole experience has been very positive and I would recommend Nicole to anyone looking for pelvic floor physiotherapy support.

This place is a hidden gem. I had an appointment for Osteopathy and massage here and both services have been amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and the clinic itself is beautiful and calming. The practioners are extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I had the most amazing intial appointment with Nicole Guitar regarding pelvic floor health. I left my appointment feeling empowered, education, reassured and relaxed. The clinic is beautiful and clean. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and welcoming.Nicole was so informative and warm. I felt heard, validated, safe and empowered. The knowledge she passed was mind blowing.I look forward to work with her to help my situation. She has given me tools that not only target my direct issue but as well as mental health. I had my first visit with Nicole at Compass Rose Wellness a few weeks ago, and I was more than impressed with the service I received as well as the establishment as a whole.First of all, it was so easy to book an appointment. Everything is laid out online from who they have working at their location, services they offer, as well as pricing. I had some trouble booking (it was user error lol) and they were quick to help me book an appointment via email - no problem at all!It was a little tricky to find, as it is tucked behind and at the bottom of the building, but talk about a hidden gem. I felt so comfortable bringing my baby into the building, it is beautifully decorated, they have lots of local amazing products for mama and baby - and my absolute favourite part is that they have a recliner and a nursing station set up. And it wasn't closed down due to COVID!I had previously been seeing Nicole for Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy through UWO, and followed her when she took on her role at Compass Rose. She is personable, friendly, passionate about what she does and she really knows her stuff.It's about a 45 minute drive for me to get to the location, but I have plans to continue making the drive because the experience is exactly what I was looking for.

I see Nicole Guitar for pelvic floor physiotherapy and I cannot recommend her enough. She has immensely helped me and my quality of life during a very difficult time. Her empathy, genuine interest in her patient's wellbeing, and passion for her work absolutely comes through in every appointment. She has been exceedingly supportive virtually throughout covid. Her wholistic approach to wellness, healing, and pain management is extremely beneficial. She is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, while also being approachable. I am so grateful to have her on my healthcare team. Thank you!
