Crystal Awards

I paid an advanced for an order for a crystal which was for a birthday gift and was told the picture that they were going to use that I had provided them with was fine. When I went to pick it up it was very blurry very poorly done and was disappointed and shared that. This ruined the gift I was preparing for a loved one and was very disappointed with how nothing was done about it. Beware of purchasing anything from this place as if things don’t turn out the way you want them to you’ll be out money and a gift. Would not recommend to anyone! And as for adding a photo it does not allow me to add a photo because their site continues to say it is unable to upload photo…… Coincidence I guess!

Jackie was super helpful, friendly, and made my purchase with Crystal Awards a breeze! I showed her the picture I wanted, and she did an amazing mock up on the iPad software at their kiosk. I was very skeptical, but the crystal turned our excellent and my mum was super happy. My only advice is give a HIGH QUALITY picture, and I'm sure they'll do a wonderful job. Bless upp

I wish i could give them 0 star! They just ruined my valentine day, I planned a surprise gift for my fiancé but they just destroyed my day by giving such blurry and unclear frame. I paid around $500 dollars for such disgusting thing. Even the lady which is dealing with us is so rude and unprofessional. Highly recommend DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THEIVES!!!!!

The most memorable gift guided by exceptional customer service = meaningful magical. I got my students name in a crystal rectangle Keychain....SO COOL!!!Meaningful lifetime gifts under 50$...Prompt servicez patience, a d thorough!!!

Prices are jacked up by a substantial amount during the holiday season. Secondly, I was sold on the delivery date which was 2 days after my visit which was guaranteed". When it didn't arrive on the day I was told

DO NOT BUY!!!! I’m not one to make a review but do believe people should be aware first experience was great. At the end of November 2022 we stopped at Crystal Awards booth. Jackie was lovely and helped us with fitting the pictures into the crystals. The small rectangular one was $88 and the larger one was $119. I unfortunately couldn’t decide and said I would be back to put in my order when I was ready. My mom purchased the heart crystal for a family friend. Now December 19th, I went back to purchase the rectangle crystal and noticed the price lists have been taken down and the one crystal that they were selling for $88 is now $120. They’ve raised their prices due to Christmas and argued with me saying I was confused and don’t know what I’m talking about. Both the gentleman working and the lady were incredibly ignorant and said there’s no way that was the price and I was wrong and contacted Jackie which then said she never said it either even after she tried to say buy the one for 119 so you could see my childrens faces better than the smaller one. The dark haired lady then went on to say she knows Jackie and she wouldn’t give me those prices (how could I possibly just make those numbers up in my head when she had both crystals out showing me on her computer what they’d look like) and rudely said bye. It’s unfortunate that they’ve removed the prices, raised the prices on each item when just two weeks ago when we were there to pick up my mothers crystal, the prices were shown and those amounts were accurate and now they’re nowhere to be found during this time of year. There was a lot more that could be said but that’s just a little heads up on our experience at Crystal Awards in Vaughan Mills Mall.P.S. The dark haired lady was even rude to the gentleman ahead of us who got a crystal made for Christmas and wasn’t pleased with the work and was annoyed to give the man a refund and said it comes down to patience that he doesn’t seem to have.If anyone knows of other crystal places I’d be happy to put an order in with them! Thanks!
