Based on my own experience- After seeing the reviews went there to get a sim for my wife and was disappointed with the customer service. No proper explanation was given on the available plans & the app features, billing cycle, no perks, not able to select a number with the available options, and demanded SIN number despite giving my another Federal proof. The guy was literally blaming their own brand about the complicated procedures they have and at the end of finalising the contract he mentioned about the one time connection charges. I didnt expect this kind of service.On the other hand, I got my SIM from Virgin mobile and the service provided by them was great. They understood my requirements and explained all the conditions/features of the contract & the plan. They even gave me options on the available perks to choose.Definetely not recommending this store.

Came to this store based on the great reviews online. Definitely 5 star service. The gentleman worked there (I didn’t get his name but I assume he is the Mark that everybody spoke highly about) was super knowledgeable on my question. He went above and beyond my cell number transfer question by checking into other options for me. Will definitely come back for my future cell phone needs and recommend to family and friends
