Quick, simple, informed and stunning service all around! I couldn't recommend enough about this place and specifically Arnie! I always visit this place for a maintenance schedule and repair and in my years of being served there, I can say that, I am not happy with the services they have. If you visit this place for a repair, make sure to tell those advisors to let their tech do their job correctly because 1 time they took my car at their residence. I dont if it is the advisor or tech. I have gps on my car. They will just tell you nothing wrong with the car. They want you to go back when they are not that busy. thats how they do it. They should have made better on the first visit. One time service tech forgot 1 chicken legs food on my hood. Advisors their are very good in convincing that they are doing enough but in fact your car is in the lot unrepaired due to their busy days in the shop.

I brought my 2020 Spark in today to have an oil change as part of my warranty service. I received fabulous service from Jaclyn my service representative. I had accidentally locked my keys in the car when I pulled into the service bay. She was more then helpful since they were my only set of keys. She had a temporary key cut and the car unlocked. She turned a horrible experience into a very positive one. Not only that the car was washed and the oil changed done in a very timely manner. I am very grateful to the service department for all they did for me.

Amazing experience buying a certified used vehicle, the process was so smooth and the staff went above and beyond. My family and I were even able to view the car from indoors every time (awesome because we have a 11 month old that was able to come on test drive with us). as far as buying a vehicle do your research on prices etc and know what you are buying. All car dealerships want to make a sale. will you get a fair deal?....probably if you research in advance so you can keep price at a reasonable number. negotiate. stand your ground. try not to start a purchase and come back the next day to complete the deal....the agreement will change and suddenly there will be competition for the car a guy just came and wants it so if you want it then...new price"warranties on the other hand aren't worth the paper they are printed on. my experience is warranties are not honored. they will do band aid fixes (usually at your cost) until the warranty is up then suddenly say oh hey there is a problem....we see it now....your warranty is up so $$$$If you do buy from this location I'd suggest going to a different dealership for service....especially warranty work. They Won't do a proper fix so you have to keep coming back and spend more money.service advisors? my suggestion is go see anyone on the far side of the service desks if you want reliable information."

We got our Orlando from this dealer back in 2013 and each time i do an oil change, I will check the Traverse and apply a law of attraction that one they it will be ours. Yesterday God gave it to us. We are over the moon right now with our 2023 Traverse. This dealer is superb! Kyle and Kim were so patient and helpful. We were never forced and took their time to make sure we get what we want and we need. Thank you so much for your help. You made sure we get the best advice. I will always come back on our next dream car (corvette) lol. We got our other cars from different dealership like Store in Main, terrible services.

Bought the vehicle from this dealership and would definitely recommend it. Paperwork was fast and they gave pretty good rate. Very transparent process and great customer experience.

I live south of Winnipeg, but I prefer come here to maintain my car because it’s good service and reasonable price.

Mark was our finance manager, at first we were happy with the purchase until we saw our bill of sale. We never negotiated price because we put our trust in him. I remember seeing this vehicle listed for $34, 995 on the website and has gone $2000 up when we saw the bill of sale but definitely our fault for not doing our due diligence because once again we trusted him and he sold us on payments. We could have gotten a slightly newer and a lot less KM vehicle fully loaded (touring) vehicle for the same price he sold it to us for. Also a $2000 documentation fee is crazy, max I've seen at dealerships is $799. We were rushed to sign the paperwork before month end for June, but did not take delivery till the week after in July, saying it was for safety and cleaning. The safety was done in May 2023. Just really upset how It all went down.
