Had the team from True North Mechanical come install a standby generator and they did an amazing job. Nice clean install and tidied up the job site after the install was done.Would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

This company is outstanding. This company picked up the phone when I called and immediately gave me a same day appointment. James came to my house exactly on time. He had my unit up and running quickly and explained to me the issue I could not have been happier. James was pleasant and polite and I am deeply appreciative for their quick response on this very hot day.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Quick response, excellent service! The technician who responded was James. Very knowledgeable, and he patiently explained the steps he will follow in repairing our Navien heater. He determined the cause of the problem, ordered the parts and came back to finish the repair, once the parts arrived. Will use their services again as needs arise.

So happy with True North Mechanical! They sourced me a new HVAC system when others couldn’t (was told by others 10-12 weeks and extra $$ if I wanted it within 8-10 weeks). Joey and team installed less than two weeks after I called (no extra $$ required)! They were professional and punctual - cleaned up when they were done - and even returned a couple of hours later with two new filters - now that’s service!

Great service from True North Mechanical! The blower on my 12 year old furnace died. James came out and discussed my options and I decided on a new and upgraded furnace. James took the time to speak to me about all my options. Pricing was very competitive and the service was great. Install was done quickly, cleanly and exactly when they said it would be done. James took the time to run me through the new thermostat and features of the new furnace. I’d highly recommend the team at True North Mechanical.
