very professional medi spa with high end technologies. The store front is very elegant and the staffs are very friendly. I was served with hot tea when I walked into the store and the pricing was great give the level of services and high end products that they offer. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Bought Skinceuticals skincare and the customer service was top notch! Shipping was super fast. Although there was an error when my order was delivered, the Cosmo Medical Spa rectified the error immediately and delivered the correct product the next day. They were extremely accommodating and understanding and I will be back to purchase more products from them.

Would give this place a 0 if I could. The bottom line of this review is that I will never come here again and would recommend everyone else of the same. This is a place that does not care for the customer, except maybe the cash in our pockets.I would like to break the review in depth so others can learn from my experience and avoid this trap:1. Website contains false information, no professionals as far as I could see.- website claims in its introduction of the spa housing professionals from doctors to nurses to technicians. Funny, I saw 0 of these people, maybe they are all working from home? Instead I only saw and interacted with staff that didn’t even seem to speak English.2. Facial and massage received were low quality: I feel there was a lack of training in personals and a care for the customer.- during and after receiving the massage and facial from here, I felt no better. The massage quality was subpar, no relaxation on soreness and minimal improvement even after telling the masseur to use more power. The facial was terrible as well, my face didn’t look or feel refreshed. It’s moments like this that I wonder what type of business is this place, certainly not what they claim to be: I am extremely unsatisfied with the service.3. Horrid attitude from the receptionist named Jennifer Li: she gave me an attitude that was a combination of belittling and general terribleness.- this was the main point that compelled me to write the review. Misinformation on website, bad service for which the business runs for, these points are all horrifying, but Jennifer’s attitude takes the cake: that attitude takes the cake and grinds it into the ground. Telling her of my dissatisfaction of the service resulted in her shutting me down and disregarding my points. The only thing she made clear to me was that this was a place out to get money while thinking there is absolutely zero need to care about customer experience. She has a way of doing this while making me feel terrible on a personal level, as if I did something wrong to deserve this type of service.I spent some time into this review and tried to capture my experience and the feelings. Will never step foot into this place again for the above reasons. And recommend everyone to learn from my mistake in going there, and save yourself the time, effort, and emotions at this business.Perhaps I would even give this place a negative score if Google let me.

Had to pick up last minute Christmas presents but was unable to get there in time. Jennifer drove it over to me and made everything so much easier. 10/10 customer service. If you are looking for peace of mind and great products, this is the place for you. Will be back.

Beautiful Spa with caring & knowledgeable staff. Had the Silk Peel Dermal Infusion and my skin couldn’t be smoother! Incredibly happy they’re able to treat the blood vessels that are visible on my face with the Cynosure laser. Jen also took the time to really educate me and recommend skin regimes for my skin type & lifestyle!

In the times of Covid-19, what better way to focus on my skincare since I’ve been blessed to be able to work from home, but because the environment has been so drying and my stress levels are really starting to get to me. I contacted Jennifer through Instagram regarding a few products that I was interested in, and she directed me to the online chat platform of the website where she sent me the direct link to the products she suggested for my concerns, goals and skin type, all while being on the phone with me! Jennifer was super friendly, knowledgeable and informative — I truly appreciated this because skincare is an investment and I wanted to ensure that I was purchasing the right products for my skin and was so glad that we got to chat!My skin care products were delivered to my home today and I couldn’t be happier from the wrapping of my package/products to the amazing samples Jennifer gave me! I value customer service and sometimes it’s not see easy to come by, and having had problematic skin for a majority of my life, having someone who was patient with me and took the time to explain the products and what I needed was a true God send, and not just making a sale.Thank you again!
