I brought my 2018 RDX here for a refresh tune up done here, Glad I came here they explained to tell me everything needs to be done so I agreed because I knew my RDX wasn't running correctly and now it feels like brand new again, things I had them do was detailing, brakes, all fluids change and had some noise problem now gone. My experience here at Schluter Acura was absolutely phenomenal from the first moment of contact.Brandon, my sales rep went above and beyond the entire process. I have been shopping around for a 3 row SUV for 5months now and I ended up getting an Excellent Service from Schlueter Acura. I contacted Schlueter Acura in December and under circumstances ended up discussing with Sidney for my new MDX. No offence to anyone but I would say I got lucky getting her as my Sales Agent. I had booked an MDX in December before going on a vacation but had to cancel it in February when I came back. Sidney was patient , understood the situation and been so kind to help me out. Ever since then, I always been in touch with her. I also shopped around for various other models in the market but my personal preferences zeroed in on QX60 Vs the MDX. Though QX60 wasn’t anything less than MDX, I loved the design of the new MDX. I came back to Sidney, had multiple discussions, changes till the last minute of the process and finally I got into my 2023 MDX. Had my vehicle brought to these guys for some things that were missed from the dealership it had come from and these guys by far delivered and gave me 5 star treatment! Sasha and his detailing team saved my paintand looked brand new! They even gave me a courtesy vehicle so I could still go to work and get my shopping done. No hidden fees or un-needed services tacked on. Jillian from the service department was upfront with me and showed me what was coming up next for maintenance and gave me an exact price, explained the benefits and gave me a time frame!
