Paid $25 for 2 gravy and a large popcorn children as I wanted to make tater bowls for my kids. I get home and the gravy is half full and the chicken was not full either. You pay more for everything and get less, so annoyed!

Ordered for delivery. I live less than 5km from this location. When it arrived the fries were cold, the biscuits were cold and the potato salad was warm which I would have liked to be cold. Also the online special two buckets for the price of one was chicken that looked like it was from a clearance fridge. All in all and not that KFC cares they will not get any more of my business

Ordered 14 pieces of chicken, large fries and gravy, got home and no fries and would not give me my fries when I went back and had to control my temper. Very Very rude and had to pay for the large fries. Really unbelievable bad service. Never go there again.

Disappointed for the fourth or fifth time with the chicken bowl, it's basically gravy soup. So gross. Should have checked before I left the store, fed it to my dog.

I am giving this KFC a 5 star rating as the service and food I just purchased was perfect. It was obvious that the place was understaffed as there were only 4 men working at the time but they were busting their a$$es. I ordered an 18 piece meal and a 10 piece at 445pm and it was ready in under 10 minutes. It was so tasty. Thanks guys!

115 bucks for greasy gross tasteless chicken cold soggy fries bland gravy and poor customer service only thing good was the sides . 25 % off next order they gave me with the level of disgusting and disappointment $&@# that .
