We own a laundromat and our water pump leaked so we had to close the business. We called around looking for a plumber. We kept getting that they would send someone out a week later, so we kept trying. We called Mr Rooter and they sent Shaun Cunningham out the same day we called. Shaun was amazing and knew exactly what we needed and ordered a commercial pump and installed it the next day. He was here until 10:30 pm fixing it so we could open the next day. The knowledge he has is amazing. We will now only use Mr Rooter for all our plumbing needs. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Shaun at Mr. Rooter was so great! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He went through everything in extreme detail and took the time to answer any questions. He went through what he was doing step by step as he was doing it, and showed us the problem first hand. Thank you so much for coming out and dealing with our drain problem!

Excellent place to do business with. We have been dealing with Shaun Cunningham for many years now. He and his staff are our go to people when we have any kind of plumbing needs. They never disappoint. Each and every person we have dealt with over the years has been amazing. Lately we have had Isaac Brown tending to our plumbing needs. Great job.

I called Shaun to move a shower drain and install a shower faucet. He went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us install the base after he saw we were having problems. His plumbing work was very neat and he explained thing clearly.. The price was fair and as quoted. He was professional all the way. Will definitely be using him again.

I've been helped out by Mr. Rooter Caledon on a few occasions now and have always come away very satisfied with the sevice and results. Shaun and Isaac are both professional, knowledgeable and fair. Lindsay at the office also is very timely and helpful coordinating things. Highly recommend their services and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Drain was extremely clogged in our dish pit at work Shaun got the call and got here within hours fixed it on the spot very quickly, outlined what needed to be done concisely and thoroughly. Very great customer service would call again
