'Design By' designed and installed our kitchen in 2022. We had the best experience and I highly recommend them. We wanted to start from scratch and Stephanie and Christina basically designed the whole kitchen for us, based on the specifications we wanted. They were super-helpful and knowledgable, total professionals and really know their products. They have a wide variety of products and they gave us so many choices, in all price ranges. We chose to have them handle the entire project, including ordering the countertops. From signing the contract to final install of countertops, the entire project took 5 months. The installation team, Jay and Brad, were the best, they really take the time to do the install properly, even down to meticulously levelling and installing the hardware on the cupboards and custom scribing" the bottom of the cabinet molding to lay flat on our old crooked wood floors. I would 100% recommend them for any home project. We love our new kitchen! (PS - we also bought a new front door from them in 2016

Pass the buck and blame everybody else when the new door did not operate properly. Almost twenty two months, three doors and many people thrown under the bus before issue was corrected by door manufacturer. The way the Window Shop was going to correct problem was for me to purchase new door from a different company.The Window Shop would reimburse me,and take their door out.

Where to start, the customer service is amazing everyone was friendly and polite and smiling. They are all very knowledgeable with the products and service they provide. Very good prices and high quality products. The install crew were quick and did everything to make sure we were happy. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I would highly reccomend the window and door shop.

We had two doors installed in our home on March 13 2023. We had a patio door and a basement door replaced. We are very impressed and can not recommend them enough. We originally changed our minds about our basement door and they had no problems working with us to get the change we wanted. Dylan (hope I'm spelling this correct) knows his job and is very good at what he does. You will not be disappointed with this company and its always nice to support local.

Wow; exceptional quality and service from start to finish. Polite, through, efficient, kept to the quote, cleaned up throughly. Vernon was always available and on top of things. Work crew was very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Made an appointment. No one showed up. Took awhile to get a hold of anyone. Just for the guy to say he didn’t even book the app in when I made it. Very unprofessional.
