About the Business
Crowsfoot | Home | Crowsfoot is located in the small farming town of Conestogo, Ontario and stands on what is known to be one of the oldest venue sites in the region. Settled by Mennonites and German immigrants in the 1820s, the site has had a continued tradition of serving great food in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Building on this storied heritage with its own on-site General Store, Crowsfoot will be stocked with locally sourced products, produce and everyday essentials. Crowsfoot will also look to support the farmers in our surrounding region by offering a menu that combines the community’s rich culture with classic Southern-style smokehouse barbecue.

A great find. Awesome brisket and the schnitzel with vegetables and potatoes was amazing. Our server, Tom walked us through the menu items and large draft beer list.

delicious bbq and sides with large portions! there were 6 of us and we got the group platter and we were all so full after. service is amazing here and really recommend anything

So I have went here to eat twice in one week.My first time was absolutely amazing as was my second but what made the first stand out was my waiter. An older gentleman, he was funny and patient.Food is 5 stars. If you want something super yummy get the spazle and cheese with burnt brisket ends and some roasted Brussel sprouts. Each of those is actually an appetizer but is more than enough to eat as an entree.Restaurant is really nice, it has some good ambiance to it. Although weekends around dinner time is a little too loud for my liking.They have a really cute little shop with some local goodies and some hard to find stuff as well.Check it out!

we ordered the meat platter for 2 and got the SUPER TOTS to start. incredible! Tom did an amazing job walking us through our questions and was exceptional. The other front-of-house staff were also amazing. the food was brought quickly and tasted amazing. Lots of leftovers too! best BBQ I have had in years!

Love this place! One of the finest in Canada I’d say. Food is legit and delicious, and ambience is perfect for family gatherings. I love the mocktails (yes all of them!), and the meat platters and deserts as well. Went there twice in one week with family because we liked it so much. The gift shop is also amazing, definitely recommend checking it out.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and drinks. Gluten-free and vegetarian options that still taste amazing! Friendly staff and now offering live music night! What more could you possibly want? If you take your receipt to the grocery store attached, they’ll give you a discount too! Only critique really is the that the wine is expensive. The bramble cocktail is scrumptious (I highly recommend trying it!) Bist Bald!

First time at Crowsfoot Smokehaus.Outside: is what attracted me to this place a long time ago. (Sorry no picture taken). It’s nice outside. Parking is out front and there was quite a few spotsGreeters: were nice and there was a ton at the front could be we were late afternoon maybe a shift change.Server: Tom was super awesome did a really good job. Drink was always filled was super nice knew when to come and check on us and when to fill my drink which I love about a server. I never had to ask. The uniform was super cute too the persons wore them well.Food: portions were pretty decent chicken I found was done a little to much but it’s not like it tasted horrible. I ate almost everything but it was super filling I brought what I call Mac and cheese but it was called something else. Sorry I didn’t pay much attention to wording tonight .Ambience: super nice in this restaurant it’s definitely not an every week but it is for special occasions once again I’m going to say it is so nice inside I love it!!

My wife and I went on a Monday for lunch . It was a lot quieter than our first which was on a Saturday night in late November ( for work Christmas dinner) . We sampled many items that night and all were delicious, so we knew we had to come back ourselves when things were tamer . My wife had the brisket sandwich and fries and said she thought it was very tasty. I had the the Nashville chicken sandwich and tomato bisque . Both were delicious and right on the top side of my spicy comfort level , which I would say is about medium . The server was friendly and attentive,and the service was much quicker than our previous visit . If you like a busy atmosphere come Saturday nights ,if you prefer quieter times come weekday lunchtimes . Either way come and I’m certain you will enjoy!

This one is tough. It took 90 minutes to get our food, but they were clearly slammed. It was Valentine's Day and we had a larger party. They did comp us an app and some kids meals. Food was pretty good. Can't rate it a 5 star this time around because of the issues but they did own up to it.
