The Battery House in Barrie would not give me a refund for a defective battery I purchased in June 2022, accusing myself I damaged the battery.I will never go back and do not recommend going to The Battery House or it’s affiliate ACME Batteries in Vaughan.Lowell has been the new owner for approximately 1 year, he is rude, self centered and is not interested in customer concerns, and only looks at their large clients.

Good place for batteries but they dont follow up with cancelling the services they no longer offer. They dont sell power wheels parts anymore. Mattel sent me to them and they didnt inform Mattel that they are no longer a service center
