My father always went to Double B and he was so pleased with the personal and friendly service! He said they were always honest and forthright about the work that needed to done. It’s important to support local, independent business, and a great feeling to be a known customer.

I am so grateful I found an honest, reliable automotive repair shop that doesn't take advantage of people by scamming them out of their hard earned money for repairs or maintenace not needed. Today I dropped off my car because I was shown by Mr. Lube in Windsor some dirty looking fluid they claimed was my transmission fluid that should be flushed and replaced, and they quoted me $200. Thankfully I chose to only to have my oil changed that day. Owner, Carlie called and asked who told me I needed my transmission fluid changed, and I told her Mr. Lube, and she informed me my vehicle has Skyactiv technology and my transmission fluid was fine and most likely will last for the lifetime of my car! Consumers beware of Mr Lube and other oil change businesses who are not even licensed mechanics! Double B could have scammed me out of $200 by trusting them with mechanics that I have no knowledge of, yet, they respect and value their customers above taking advantage of them. Thank you very much for your excellent, reliable and honest customer service!! 5 stars!!

The folks here were able to squeeze me in on the same day and had me leaving within an hour, which I appreciated with my student schedule. Amazing service & friendly people. Their interactions with other customers as well clearly showed they want the best for their customers.

Am very pleased with the service from Double B. Was advised of all diagnostics performed, was provided an initial list of parts required eventually but not critical at time of service. Would recommend to anyone needing sound advice.

I've been taking my vehicles to Doublr B for over 4 years now, communication is always great and they will call before performing extra work if the vehicle requires it.Sometimes can be a wait to get vehicles in but trustworthy work is worth the wait.

If I could give a business more than 5 stars Double B would be it. As the owner of a seasonal business it is incredibly important to me to keep our vehicles on the road. I regularly call them up to ask when the next available apointment is and I've never had to wait more than a couple of days. Previously, I was taking my truck to the dealership and getting terrible service so I thought I would give Double B a shot. Since then, they have consistently exceeded my expectations on every possible metric. Karen and Karli in the office are always exceptionally friendly and communicative. Brad always takes the time to not only show me the work required but explain why it is the work needs doing. This place is worthy of some serious recognition for how outstanding they are at what they do. It never crossed my mind that I might actually enjoy a trip to the mechanic but the team they have here make our vehicular problems easy and quick to deal with. They even go out of their way to remind me when our equipment needs an annual inspection. The service advisor (name Karen on my invoice) I don't know her personally, but she is awesome! Knows exactly what is being done on the car, and communicates very well. The work is always done right and on time. This place has a community feel really pleasant place to do business, also the price is very fair.
