Unequivocally, the most frustrating experience trying to pay a bill on line by CC. Another example of corporate greed where they expect the customer to do all the work through their ridiculous on line systems. Good luck trying to speak to someone.

If I had the option for zero, I would have used it. Please read because you may be in the same dilemma. Enbridge has not billed since August. My account is showing a balance of zero, which is obviously not accurate, and now I have been informed that I will be billed for 4 months to be paid at once. Customer service informed me that my account was locked" and was speaking to me in a manner in which this was "normal". There is nothing normal about this situation. I was also informed that many other customers are experiencing the same dilemma.Very disappointing to say the least."

May 10/23, I received an email stating that I owe them $5141.16 as per EMPP balance. I signed up with Enbridge back in June 2021 and I have been on equal billing and I was paying $117 per month since I signed with Enbridge gas. I use Enbridge gas for heating only and now I am just speechless. the customer service person said, I own them $5141.16 and I need to pay them this balance as soon as possible. They have been estimating my monthly bill based on history, weather etc. I do not know how to even fight this? can someone please advise?

Needs zero start! It takes 20 minutes going through their maze of phone prompts just to be able to get in line to speak to someone, their phone system is set up so it is impossible to be able to talk to someone they literally have no option to talk to someone! 99% of the people calling their number want to speak to an actual person and they set up their phone system deliberately so the option to speak to a real person is hidden deep in their menu system.

Have received over 20 calls from Enercare to book a service call. We don't need one til next year. Spoke to FOUR people asking them to quit calling us. They each advised us they would put us on the DO NOT CALL list. They STILL called and even confirmed we were on their NO CALL list. The Supervisor refused to talk to us, Tomorrow I'm going to physically go to the local office and demand they quit HARASSING us. What a bunch of BULL!

My equal billing went up based on last years usage. I called enbridge for clarification. My House was lost to a fire May 2021. Gas service was shut off and not turned back on Until Dec 2021 for construction heat only. There was no usage but we continued to pay equal monthly billing. There is no reason even with gas cost increase that mt bill should of went up. Customer service said I should of called and cancelled equal billing. This companys billing is a scam and will take anything they can get. They are no adjusting my billing and noone from headoff will try and resolve this problem

Enbridge is a huge scamming company. They over charge customers and then if they struggle to pay the ransom (their bill), they offer loans that that are 10x the going rates of banks. Everyone needs to just stop paying their bills and tell the millionaires on the board that people have had enough.

How can a gas bill literally double from the previous year when we actually used less then we did last year an now it's twice as much... you at enbridge are snakes I wish I could have gave a zero star review
