Sierra Flooring Ltd

Called Sierra Flooring for a flooring issue within our restaurant. Elisabeth and Garret were fast at responding to our request and had great suggestions to fix something that wasn't their original work. The Sierra team came back out in a timely manner to fix our tile work, were great at communicating and, working within the restaurant requirements. Highly Recommend!

When moving into a new home in June 2022, one would expect lvp flooring that is not damaged. When asked to provide photos I did right away, however, no one contacted us to fix it. I called and left messages with no response. 6 months later, Sierra is obviously trying to get out of fixing their mistakes. All I want is the flooring to be fixed. Please contact me so the deficiencies can be fixed.***I am pleased to share Sierra flooring contacted me to explain why there has been a delay in the fixing of the flooring. Shelby, has been in contact with me keeping me apprised of what is happening and next steps. We appreciate the effort she is putting into rectifying the problem and look forward to moving forward with a solution.

The Sierra Flooring team lead by Darcy and Paulette was excellent to work with! They made choosing the best flooring and tiling options easy and their installation crew did a fantastic job... we are very happy!

What a fantastic shop. WAY bigger than I would have expected, and a LOT more stock than I could have imagined. Really nice employees, took me for a quick tour and I really couldn't believe how many items they had. For a small town, this place is a bit of a gem. Will return again.

Just had my tile redone in my one and only bathroom. A challenging project given it's hard for a family to function without a tub and shower for too long... Redid the tub surround and added vanity splash to the ceiling. Elisabeth in Sales and Dominic the installer were the experts handling my job. Both did a great job looking after me and super stoked with the end result. Both the design and install made a huge impact on my bathroom. Renovation of course with a few snags but they worked with me to stay on course and achieve the end results I was looking for. Thank you both!!

Sierra did all the flooring in our new home last year and we were so impressed with the quality and workmanship that we went back to find a small amount of matching tile for the laundry room backsplash.Even though we only needed a little bit of tile Elizabeth's customer service was fabulous. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect tile for the right price. We highly recommend Sierra Flooring.

Update 2 months laterThis has still not been dealt with. Do not use these guys for your flooring unless you don’t care about the job done. Pictures from June 2nd 2023 floor installed march 16thHad a flood on my main floor and went though insurance to get it repaired. Sierra did not have a lot of selection, but went with them anyway as that was who the contractor used. Not everything was order so couldn’t be installed at once time they had to come back. The installers they used were brutal. Missed caulking around the cupboards, have some gaps you can see between baseboards and floor. Installer blamed it on how thing my baseboards are even tho that’s what was there before. Would absolutely not recommend going though these guys if at all possible

I've been working with Sierra Flooring for just over two years now and I cannot say enough good things about their team! The staff at Sierra have always been so welcoming and their showroom is one of the best I've come across. As a designer, I need a showroom with great lighting, lots of product to select from and the ability to view retail pricing with ease. Sierra checks all of those boxes!I've mainly been dealing with Kevin for all of my design projects and he has been fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't have the answer, he's quick to get back to me. He takes the time to ensure I have everything I need and is on site making sure the install is progressing smoothly. I would highly recommend Sierra for all of your flooring and wall tile needs!

From design/picking out colors to the installation Sierra was fantastic. Brandon the installer was awesome already have had comments on the tile floor work. Highly recommend Sierra Flooring in fact we are already planning an upgrade to the bathroom that will need tile and planning to use Sierra again!

The floor itself was installed well, but after that it’s been a brutal experience. The floor layers cut all the wood in the house and got dust everywhere. Every wall, door, window, cupboard, etc. When they came to clean it, you could hardly tell anything had been cleaned. So they came back a second time and again, didn’t complete the job. Obvious wipe marks all over the walls, dust on doors, baseboards, etc. Marks on the walls from the installers that still hadn’t been touched up. When I confronted them about it again, they said they’d have someone out the following Monday. It’s been 3 days with no one contacting me, even after I’ve emailed them to make a plan. And before they job started, the owner himself came to do a walk through and promised me that there would be minimal dust and that his cleaning crew were top quality. I definitely would never use or recommend this company again.
