I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had Robert as my home inspector. I was searching for a home in NL, while residing out of province, which can be a stressful experience. My realtor recommended his services after I found a property where the home inspection condition was to be met in a very short time frame. Robert went above and beyond to accommodate this time-sensitive matter, which involved him completing and presenting his very detailed and informative inspection report on a weekend. From the moment I reached out to Robert I knew I could trust him to perform a thorough inspection, and give his honest impressions and findings. He treats his clients like they are family; always keeping their best interests in mind. As it turned out, that property had some structural issues that were not outwardly apparent, and his findings and clear explanations allowed me to make an informed decision to walk away from the deal.
