Costco Gas Station

Great area. Friendly staff. Big savings especially for premium gas. Clean area. Safe area. Lit area. Security cameras. Wait time varies went during rush hour waited for 8 mins. Will come back again.One recommendation would be to let COSTCO members scan their membership cards on the Costco app which would save time since currently you need to insert the COSTCO card inside then your method of payment.Thank you COSTCO!

Not worth the wait time for 0.05 cents per litres you might save on gas due to the line ups. Simple calculation- if you are getting 40 liters of gas, with 5 cents savings, you ll save $2.Now while you are waiting in line in your car and there are 5 people ahead in line , each taking roughly 1 min to 1.5 mins to fill up the gas, that is total of 5 -7 mins gone while you are waiting. So on an average, most gas powered cars can use $0.70 to $1 worth of gas while waiting there.Now I am left with a $1 of saving and if the whole process takes me $7-8 mins. I believe my 7-8 mins are more worth than a $1. Are yours?Definitely savings are not worth the wait times specially at the Costco gas station.

Adding a third pump sounds great in theory but logistically doing parallel parking in a already narrow lane may present some challenges.

Gas is usually cheaper by just 3-5 cents/litre.Not worth the long line ups to save a couple of bucks.12/17/22- passed 3 gas stations while driving to Costco. All were in the range of 1.33-1.35, with no lines. Meanwhile Costco gas at 1.35. So now you can forget about any savings and waste time idling and waiting in line.

Always clean and busy as most of time it has lowest gas price but recently its not true for most of the cases, pioneer and mobil are great competitors.The pump has support staff which is mostly around if you need any help there. The only issue I face is the entrance, its hard to get into the pump as it has same entrance as the Costco and thus the queue gets larger and larger and people try to steal your spot pretending they are going to the Costco warehouse so some management there would be helpful.

Great gas prices.. orderly lines and not a long wait

Great gas prices! Everytime I come here the line isn't long. The gas pumps are long enough so you can use either side of the gas pump.I always stop by weekly during my grocery runs at Costco.If you have siblings or other family members, just give them your membership to use to get gas!

Gas quality 5 star &Value for money 5 star.You can rest easy knowing that anywhere there is Costco they will get you premium gas at the cheapest rates in any city.Only issue / concern I have is that, please increase the number of stations ⛽. As during holidays and summers it's jam packed. As your loyal customer for past 10 years. This would be a big time save for all your loyal customers.I believe Costco is the only place in Canada that is busy 24/7 when open* it's like a funfair that everyone looks forward to visit.Customer service is best in the business sector.

Only two pumps per lane. Long lineups. It's like this throughout the week. Other costco locations have three pumps per lane. With expanding residential neighborhoods within this area, Waterloo costco needs to upgrade to 3 pumps per lane, asap.

1. Long lineups2. 3 to 5 Cents differenceInstead of waiting here for a long time, idling ur car it’s better to go to any other fuel station. (10pm to 12am)I saved $1.50 that’s not a big difference. The Costco used make 10cents price gap.In my opinion it’s best to fill gas at night. Almost every pump have same or little higher price than Costco.
