Excellent service. Just purchased a nice generator from them. It was assembled and tested when I arrived for pickup. Warranty registration had also been completed. So much more comforting than just grabbing one from a big box store or online retailer. Personal service does make a difference, along with the satisfaction of supporting local business.

Tried to purchase a snowblower from the owner who was very receptive and nice. When I returned the next day, he was out so had to deal with I believe was his wife. Not nice whatsoever, very rude and she refused to sale the snowblower at the price agreed. Will never return.

Called before dropping off my generator and explained clearly that I needed it ASAP because I have a sump pump. I was told couple of days and it will be done. It has now been more than a week and I still do not have my Gen. Called this morning and inquired about my Gen. They have not touched it. They told me that their policy is to take care of the new customers equipment first then they ll start working on mine. I understand and it makes sense but I was not explained that when I first called. If I would have known I would have brought my business elsewhere. At the end of my call this morning, the person I talked too had not fully hung up and I heard her swearing which I consider not good and not respectful client services.

Brought chainsaw for carb issues .six weeks latter they rebuilt total chainsaw for 525 dollars. Chainsaw seized the next day has never worked since. Would have been better to do carb myself. I will never set foot in that place again and absolutely do not recommend anyone to go ther.

Nice location, family driven, plenty of inventory and fair amount of parking. Good people who care and help you out. Certainly recommend.

I brought a small King Canada Drilling/Milling machine to them as they are supposedly a King service center. After having the machine for weeks, they came back with two diagnostic. Never heard about the first again, then they told me the motor was defective which would incur cost of over 1000$. I told them to forget and I went to pick up the machine. They gave me back the machine rusty and in pieces. UNSAT It's like going to a garage with your car. They tell you your brakes are done. You tel them you'll fix them yourself. You go pick up your car and the brakes are apart and the wheel in the trunk.After I got the machine and cooled my head a little, I sent them an e-mail requesting their help, schematics and notes to re-assemble the machine. Weeks later, still waiting. After talks with K.C., it is not likely that it would have been the motor and but with their help to re-assemble the machine, it was determined it is likely one of the two circuit card. Fuses blew up before the motor was plugged in. I assume they knew that as they gave me back the machine with two blown fuses. I got back the machine in a worst state then in went in. So my experience is that they had no idea and got way over their head. I would not trust them with a pair of scissors to trouble shoot.

Very friendly staff here, but it may take months to fix your small equipment. The one time I went here it took so long that when I picked it up months later, I had already bought a new one...To boot, I didn't test the saw when I picked it up...It still doesn't work till this day...

Bought a Zero Turn Ferris Stand On, an Echo chainsaw, a echo Multi-Purpose trimmer and a few more tools, all at MR Blais. Love the service, love the fast return phone calls or emails. I highly recommend them to all my friends and outdoor power equipment property managers out there like me. I will buy again and again from them.
