From my lifetime HVAC use, since 1976, I had the best ever service with Angel Climatisation Inc!I strongly recommend this company for their prompt service (next day!), professionalism, knowledge, politeness!Fast service for a good price!

We want to give a huge thank you to Borce for the amazing service he provided. He came really quickly when we called because our heat pump was not working at cooling the house and stayed until he figured out the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and was great at also providing guidance on best practices to keep the machine functioning properly. We highly recommend him. Giving him a five star rating just doesn't seem enough.

Good, fast, professional and friendly service. The technician responded the service call promptly. Ordered the broken part for our heat pump and repaired it in not time. Very fast. 60 hours between our call, the initial visit, ordering the broken part from the supplier and installation. Finally, all that at a reasonable price considering what had to be done.

Boris was absolutely amazing. He was responsive and was able to solve my first heatpump issue immediately. I had a previous company at my house who charged me 3 hours of work and couldn't fix my freo problem.. I was blown away. He was very honest about his work...Then later on about a month after he fixed my first problem I called him back as my heat pump was not turning on. Once again very punctual and solved my problem within minutes ...guess what my filters needed to be changed and everything was functional. He didn't even charge me for the service call. He is so nice I am grateful to have found such a wonderful and professional technician . Thanks again Boris you're awesome!

I have never had such a negative experience with a home service ever. The owner Boris was extremely disrespectful to me and yelled at me on the phone after I complained about the job they did. Unfortunately I did not have the chance to inspect their work before they left as I was tending to a fussy toddler. They came in with their shoes and tracked dirt on my floor after I told them I had young children so to please be careful because of the situation with the pandemic. I asked for two wall ac unit cleanings and inspection for mold. Each unit was cleaned in under 10 minutes and rather than bring his own cleaning supplies, asked me to provide him with my own paper towels to clean with. He said my Freon had to be topped up, which of course is an extra charge. I asked him if it was a chemical and if it was safe as my youngest has respiratory issues. I was told “yeah, yeah it’s safe”. After looking up the chemical I read it is actually being phased out and is now banned from new machines because it causes RESPIRATORY ISSUES that are irreversible. The worst part was the unprofessional employee and abusive way I was yelled at. I told him not to come back because it took an hour to clean and disinfect the floors and he yelled, his shoes (which he wears outside) are clean. He also screamed he cannot make my machine look like new which I said I wasn’t expecting. But when I passed a rag with hot water on the blades after his “cleaning job” it came off black with all the residue still left. You can see in the pictures. I was also told “I will give you your money back because I don’t want your money” then I was hung up on. Of course I was never given any money back. Now after spending $390 I am left with two still dirty ac units that I am scared to turn on for fear of how it will affect my child’s health. I wish I had called any other company, do not make the same mistake I did. These pictures are after the units were “cleaned”!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Been using Borce for 6 years. Great guy and provides excellent service. He is amazing for quick last minute calls. Gets the job done fast. Important when it is freezing outside and furnace breaks down. Highly recommend.

He took time off from a job across the street to come and check out our air conditioner that wasn't working. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had the part available and installed. Problem was fixed right away. Borce was very helpful and professional!

Best in the West (island)! Actually, best in the whole province. From the first call to the end of the service call everyone was friendly, professional, and top notch. Simply cannot say enough about how fantastic they are, make them your first call for your heating and cooling needs.

No complaints about his service. The problem was he wasn’t qualified to install the thermostat. He disconnected my old system before knowing whether the new one can be installed he return two times after that to try to repair the system, but was not able to. In the end, I needed to call another company to install a different product. now working perfectly.
