Been waiting in the line for a car wash, after waiting for 45 minutes and half way through the line, saw that only one of the 2 washing bays is working. The staff should put a sign up, so that people know the wait is going to be long and may come at another time.

Reasonable experience overall, prices can be significantly higher than other groceries in the city. Some items are double the price of other stores. We limit what we have to come purchase from here.

Well stocked store. Staff are friendly at the till. Good selection of everything you'll need. I find the gross price increases a tad offensive, its blatant price gouging. Otherwise its good, I just feel most people won't want to spend $16 for bacon

I'm disappointed by the significant price difference between Calgary Co-op grocery and its competitors. It's astonishing to see the exact same items priced 20 to 30 percent lower just across the street. Considering the higher prices at Calgary Co-op, one would expect exceptional service in return. However, they consistently have only one till open, forcing everyone to use self-checkout. On the other hand, No Frills, with its smaller profit margins, manages to have two or three tills open at all times. With the higher prices at Calgary Co-op, it's reasonable to anticipate a substantial patronage cheque on grocery purchases. However, they only offer a mere 2 percent, leaving us wondering what happened to the remaining 28 percent they overcharge. Unfortunately, I have to give Calgary Co-op a big thumbs down.

Bakery manager is rude and has zero people skills. They do not care. Good food but service is the worst at the bakery. I Ordered a birthday cake for a kid. Upon ordering, I gave the details. Upon pickup, the cake was not ready. The cake was incomplete. They told me a different story than what I received upon ordering. The manager was not helpful and just rude, and took no responsibility. He was pretty much saying it was my fault. What a terrible experience. Order elsewhere from someone who deserves the business. Completely dissapointment.

Great service from pharmacy Logan went out of his way to help me find the right medicines for my family. He didn't rush me came from behind the counter showed me where to look and what may help. He also prescribed something to help me. So happy and grateful for his kindness.

It's a good place to pick up quick stuff, but isn't a huge store so it doesn't have the variety of the bigger Co-op stores.

Very lovely, staff are friendly and customers too! Very clean and is set up as per every other co-op!lots of new chips too!!
