Super nasty pp working at parts. Also prices are really expensive. Better prices and nicer pp at CBS PARTS LTD 2 blocks away on 9505 - 189th St Surrey. Will never buy again from these pp again. Stay away!!!! same at service stop bringing my trucks since 2019

Awesome service and person.Had a problem with the body shop but am pleased to report it was all taken care of.We had work done at the repair shop and could not ask for better service.

Unfortunate to give poor rating, my truck stayed at service for more than 7 days for just the normal warranty stuff to get repaired still no worries it was a scheduled late due to the workload I understandThe bad part is that after I picked the truck from their shop, haven't driven even 20 miles, hearing a bad air noise as i paddle on gas, earlier the truck was totally drivable pretty new truck arrived from ON and dropped at service. Idk what they have done to it, now literally not able to drive it and it's total 10 days now without work with bad truck and very bad luck!!

Very useless location and Staff.Totally unreliable and untrustworthy.We had very bad experience in Past and didnt use them for long time . But just thought of using them again but still same issues and even worst service level.

I have never had great experiences with this shop in the past but tried to stick with them since they had done inspections and minor repairs on the vehicle previously.Booked an MVI. Was told to bring the vehicle in at 7am. Once the truck was there, they informed the driver that it would not be looked at until likely 2pm the next day, possibly the day after.Most people with commercial vehicles are not interested in having their trucks sit for several days when they should be working - especially for a simple MVI. It's a 2017 and in excellent shape.I get it - you're too busy and don't need my business. Good thing. I am not interested in taking any of my vehicles to an unprofessional shop. I have seen how your business runs and I will keep looking for somewhere that treats their customers better.Sadly, there seems to be almost no customer service anywhere these days and unfortunately, wasting my time to write honest reviews is the only way that businesses like yours will get a wake up call. Hopefully my review will convince many others to drive past your shop and find somewhere else where their needs will be met properly.Take care.

I'm sure the techs in the garage are great and all, but as far as the service people go, this place is messed right up.The company I work for had my truck scheduled to go in for a webasto install and an air dryer. Scheduled we were told a good week in advanceI won't name names but you guys definitely have at least one guy that needs to be fired for some serious major screw up'd that shouldn't have happened. They are awesome! We broke down in their parking and everyone was very gracious and made us feel welcome to fix our vehicle and not rush the process. Thank you very much!

Been customer of this business about 6 years, when I bought my first freightliner in 2018. Sell'l team are great, personally Victor, good men. Pleasure to do business with such a professional person!Mostly quality of repair is really good, but sometimes is expecting to be better.And this is all good news. Communication between shop - customer is poor. Time to repair is really poor!I don't want to list all job in that time, but always is reeeeealy long. And sometimes procedures from find problem to fix it- coast xxx $$, no mention time when driver sitting home without job.(Last year transmission fix/rebuilt - 3 month close to 17000$.)

It is very unfortunate I'm giving them bad review only because of their super rude receptionist kelly kallin . She is very rude, so unprofessional, no knowledge(trying to argue with customer without any knowledge). She was trying to charge me for the stuff that was covered in warranty. When I asked her to call their mechanic or someone who knows the stuff, she said she is the only one who we can talk to...never called anyone to clarify things; worst customer service I've ever seen.
