I just lost my compass card today and was not really hoping to retrieve the load of the lost card since i have not registered it but then the lady who helped me was really nice and kind to assist me so that the amount that was left on the lost card can be transferred to a new card and she even registered it. Thank you so much. Kudos!

Really nice office. Cool not hot. It is on ground level and with covid the signage to get here is a little confusing I ended up at lost and found line up before realizing I was waiting in the wrong line. I’ve never gotten off at stadium station before. Getting the mask exemption pass was relatively easy and without grief. Polite staff. Plastic Barriers were in place and staff was all masked.

I was just at burrard skytrain station and my compass card was not working for some reason and told me to call customer service. Mike, a Filipino translink worker with glasses, saw I was having trouble and came over to help me. Unfortunately we couldn’t get my card to work so he gave me a ticket to go to the service centre to have my card fixed.This was the first time I ever saw a translink worker come to someone aid. The ones I have encountered in the past were standoffish.I just had to write a review with hopes that Mike’s boss sees this and he gets recognized for his great service.Thanks again Mike for your help!

Accessed Compass customer service by phone. Just wonderful service, transferred the contents of stolen cards onto a new card with no problem. Thank you.

Good service always resolve my issues. Wait lines can be long.Office can get claustrophobic when there's too many people.Should have more staff and tills. Probably could use a bigger or larger location. Still accessible in downtown or alter the existing facility to handle the influx of customers.

Patient, smiley, friendly staff member dealt with my issue very well. In other words, perfect customer service. Not much more to add, except that guy at next counter had some disability and mobility problems and I noticed the staff let him use the No Exit door to save him having to walk the long way round - thoughtful and kind.

If you have transit cards you can bring them back and get your money back! But they are not at that location anymore, they moved to the first floor of the Sea bus terminal!

Had a good experience with them...we had so.e issues with my concession card that the transit police didn't care to hear or listen too...good thing the staff at customer service understood...maybe the transit police should go do some customer service skills
