Good and fast service. Their rate is reasonable and better than what the major banks offer. The hours are a little tough to work with. No parking available on site. I always come here to exchange currency if I can make their hours.

I visited this place yesterday since I live close by. Their rates are trash compared to Charlie’s at Downtown Vancouver. They profited about $40 from converting CAD to HDK and JPY. I do not recommend this place and will not come back.

After calling ahead to ensure the currency I required was available and enough was in inventory I went and attempted to exchange my money, only to be told that they didn't have enough. I returned the next evening, close to closing due to road works, and ran to the door 2 minutes before 5, only to have the door literally locked in my face. These people are time wasters, if you want decent, prompt, polite service, avoid at all costs!!!

Great place to purchase multiple currencies all in one place. The staff is professional and courteous. Great service and great rates - would recommend to all my friends and family to go here for currency exchange, as their rates are usually the best.

Very friendly courteous staff member that dealt with me, a bit of a wait - maybe 5 minutes ;-) but it was the lunch hour and the customer ahead of me was purchasing multiple currencies! As someone else had mentioned, small denominations are available - great service!
