Such a pleasant experience. We chatted the whole time, the price was fair, and Soroosh had everything in his truck that he needed to get the job done (no need for a second visit, nor needing to grab a part somewhere). He replaced our faucet with a much higher quality item (picture attached). I asked for his card so I can have a fantastic plumber to recommend. It would be an easy choice to call him if we ever have an issue in the future.Thank you Soroosh!

We had a leaky faucet hose so we contacted Moe's Plumbing Drainage & Heating for help. It's a family run business with the son, Soorosh, running things.We were in contact with him over text to set up a time. They told us that it was a $80.00 call out fee and that they would provide an upfront quote (on site) after inspecting the problem. The $80.00 is then supposed to be deducted off the total. However, none of that happened when Moe came to look at our faucet hose. He went straight into putting in our new faucet and didn't provide an estimate. It took him, less than 45 minutes and charged $682 and he didn't deduct the $80 inspection fee. $682 is excessive for replacing a faucet and a hose.

We were very surprised and happy with Moe’s responsiveness. We called about noon to arrange to repair a dropping sink primarily. While there we asked about a new shower faucet and a kitchen faucet. In addition they found a small leak under the sink. He quoted a price for everything installed and we accepted. He started work that afternoon and told us he would be back the next day to complete the work. He arrived on time the next day and completed the work. The turnaround was unreal. We will definitely use them again.

Called Moe’s plumbing to fix a broken shower handle (it was a little bit more complicated tho),Moe himself came by shortly after and did an awesome job! Moe is knowledgeable and a great guy with a good heart! Highly recommend!!

Moe was extremely professional, on time and helpful with all of the tasks that I needed taken care of. I had three drains installed, and one garbage disposal after having new counters put in. Couldn’t have been happier with his work. Highly recommend!Dennis

Moe's plumbing has a really prompt response to fix the problem I had. We had a leaking toilet and an old Hot water tank needs to be replaced. The floor on the toilet needs to be repaired also. They came and worked on it the next day and it was finished very quickly. My tenant was very happy if the service.

both my husband and i are disabled/retired seniors. Fantastic first experience with Moe's! I contacted them after reading their excellent reviews online and the whole booking process was prompt, clear and super easy. Text message updates were great! Dimitrije, our tech, arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He addressed our poor shower drainage issues in both washrooms and kept us informed throughout the process. He also explained in detail how one of our toilets had weaker flushing power. As requested, he inspected our hot water tank and provided an estimate and breakdown of work involved for replacement. Service was quick and thorough. Final cost was very fair and the new customer discount was a welcome and much-appreciated surprise. We will definitely call Moe's again for future needs and recommend to our friends and family!

Speedy communication and response time. They were able to install a new gas hot water tank the same day. Considering ours was leaking out the bottom being over 15 years old, we really needed help (even after draining the tank). Soroosh answered all our questions and Dimitrije worked efficiently to get the job completed quickly. He also took the time to explain what was different with the new tank and valves. If we could give 10 stars we would. We are a repeat customer and will always call Moe’s for our plumbing needs.
