hello, i need an appointment asap. when can i get it? or should i just come w none?? it's urgent

They never pick up the phone!!!And never accept you in person!Not clear to all of us how to book an appointmentHow we can get help then?

Nothing, lazy people. They didn’t work and responses. I applied for travel documents one and half years ago, they took my money and they didn’t any responses for my application

All the staff are very kind,fast and professional they are very respectful as well, It was stressful process for me but when I went there, their behavior reduced my stress.

Don't expect help from this place, the phone number above just takes you to a general call line and if you want to talk to an agent they just hang up. They say by appointment only but make it impossible for you to get an appointment. Don't waste your time.

My account is locked since 2020 because I typed security answers wrong, I have been trying to unlock it since then but nothing has happened.I have called multiple times but no one picks up due to high column of calls even though I call at 8:00am and all throughout the day.I just want my account to get unlocked.

I submitted my PR renewal application in December 2021. I haven't got my new card yet. The website says it is still in processing. They don't provide in-person service, but never answer the phone either. It is hard to believe that a government department makes accessing to its service impossible, and leaves applicants being helpless and powerless.

Canadian immigration is HORRIBLE!!!!!I’m a Canadian born citizen. We got married in 2018, applied for my husband’s PR in May 2019. His visa should have been approved by May 2020. His visa wasn’t approved until June 2022!!! 3 years later!!! He landed in Canada July 23, 2022. 2 months later he received his PR card. We sent it back with an application to change his name to his married name. That was 10 months ago. We received an email that they need more identification like a BC medical card. I messaged them back saying we can’t get one until we have his PR card! I also stated that other government agencies have accepted our marriage license as proof of his name change! He got a bank account and social insurance number using our marriage license!! GOOD LUCK to any unfortunate person that has to deal with Canadian immigration!!
