Fantastic service to the Gibsons area! Premium selection at fair pricing. Initially I was worried about buying produce without being able to pick it out personally. With SPUD this is not a concern as products arrive in top shape and on the extremely rare occasion that the quality is not 100% SPUD makes it right easily and quickly.SPUD offers a vast selection of specialty, organic and/or local BC products. The delivery drivers are cheerful as are the support staff.

I love Spud Delivery! I cannot imagine my life without it. I do not have time to shop. Never mind, some of the local store often do not have what i am looking for. Spud does!!!!

The quality of the products, the service and the system are better than most food suppliers. I love that the pick-up system is environmentally friendly, the bins are reusable and the subscription program offers preferential pricing. Plus, you can customize the fresh produce bins and choose the produce content that works best for you for the week.

It's a nice concept and when it works it's great, but it doesn't often work very well.IME, you need to watch your bill very closely.I have used Spud on and off for years and have had endless billing and communication issues, which have been brought to management's attention several times with little to no resolution.Several times items have been missing from my order (ALWAYS check your order form to make sure everything is there, they often miss a couple items) and credits were often not applied properly to my account.Most recently an order was not delivered and I received no communication from SPUD, but they tried to charge my card twice for the bill. Customer service says their system sent an email about the order, but it's not I'm my inbox or spam box. There is also about $40-$50 worth of membership fees all of a sudden on my account but I don't think that was a thing before and I don't think they alerted me to those new fees.At this point I don't know if it's worth the hassle of having to watch my bill so closely..

I love Spud! It is so nice to shop online and have a wide variety of products to choose from that I feel good about buying. It is also amazing to get food delivered each week and subscribe to foods we eat regularly. Before Spud, I ate out a lot because it was a challenge to organize grocery shopping, but now there's always plenty of options in my house to make a tasty nutritious meal. Thanks, Spud!

tried SPUD for the first time and will definitely shop here again. i love their wide variety of organic products. the staffs are amazing! very friendly anf helpful. there is also ready to eat meal that you can try and you can also dine in. i recommend the store to my friends and family to try out. ❤️

Spud provides an exceptional level of customer service! We really enjoy having our groceries delivered, it's so much more convenient and saves us time. The packaging is minimal and sustainable which is important to us. We do the monthly subscription and our delivery is free. Spud offers everything one could ever want and more on their website. The quality of groceries we receive are superior to the local options available to us at a fraction of the cost. Ordering is easy and user friendly and we love the follow-up and email reminders. Thank you for offering such a wonderful service, we are so grateful.

After over 70 orders and 6 years as a loyal customer, I closed my account today. Spud was wonderful, but I guess that's changed? I noticed I was charged for a milk crate deposit on my last order (a couple of months ago). The delivery driver took the crate back with him at the time, along with the totes (because my apartment is small and I asked him to.)So I never actually received that crate to begin with. Today, when I noticed I had been charged, I asked for a refund for the crate. I was told they would only give me credit? I travel a lot and I wanted a refund. They refused. Absolutely terrible customer service. It used to be the best. Be warned, if you order anything from them and are charged for a container deposit, they will keep your money and only apply store credit. I am still not sure if it's legal to take money for a deposit and not refund that money once it's returned? This whole experience has made me feel terrible.

I'm in Nanaimo BC and products delivered are fresh and indeed organic. Will use Spud again! Update: I have since, become Spud subscription member, and I still love everything that Spud can offer me. I definitely feel positive and guilt-free by using Spud for my weekly grocery shopping. Also, the free small items that they occasionally give you is just wonderful. I'm undergoing chemo treatment right now, and the small things truly matters. Thanks Spud.

I’m a huge fan of SPUD! The quality of the fruits and vegetables can’t be beat, I don’t spit anywhere else for those item. There’s weekly sales and also bundling sales which make things more affordable. I have spud membership which gives me my deliveries in reusable totes and there is minimal packaging in the deliveries. Refunds for any issues are easy and quickly rectified and the customer service I’ve received has always been fantastic. All in all I think they’re doing an awesome job!
