I really like this McDonald's ! First floor can feel a little cramped and crowded. But upstairs is always cleaner and calmer. And you can charge your phone up while eating.

the staff is terrible. everything is done slowly. with bare hands and no gloves. it's horrible. waited 30 minutes for ice cream. and it looked terrible

Very kind, everything was hot, toilet clean, no sent of urine like some review said, i’m from an other McDonald’s and I’m a crew leader and this was a very good service, please say to the employees to keep being nice and fast like they already are !

Stopped at Mcdonalds and decided to get 2 junior CHICKEN sandwiches. To my surprise they forgot to put CHICKEN in the CHICKEN SANDWICH. They also missed the drinks and other burgers I ordered. Spent $18 and got $4 worth of my order. When I asked about the rest of my order, I was told to leave. Where's my refund?

Walking into McDonald's was a revelation. From the captivating aroma of crisp, golden fries to the methodical, almost balletic flurry of the staff's hustle, I was in awe. Their Big Mac, with its tantalizing combination of flavors, was a journey in every bite. And the efficiency of their operations - a symphony of fast-food service. Don't even get me started on the detailed attentiveness that has gone into crafting each item on the menu. An absolute game-changer, McDonald's stands tall in its class. Perfect score!

The toilet is not allowed in the morning. I have been here several time. Always like that. When you ask employee, the answer is 3nd floor has toilet, but available from 11:00 am.

Fries came cold and burger came without cheese. Worst place in North America!!!! They have a lot of young people behind the counter and they were too busy horse-playing around. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this place unless you are desperate, and it’s not 24/7.

Time and time again I've gone to this establishment and time and time again this McDonald's has messed up orders. It's to the point where it is literally about 9/10 times where we receive our order and have to point out mistakes that can be such easily avoided. Today a long blonde hair had to be pulled out of my girlfriends breakfast sandwich (both of us have dark brown hair) so we can easily tell its not ours. We've also had times where a girl behind the counter who preps poutines would OPEN THE CHEESE PACKETS WITH HER TEETH, after politely confronting the girl in the hijab and saying something about how that is not at all hygienic she smirked and chuckled at us as if it was funny, we told the manager on shift and he looked disgusted when we told him this information and said that he would do something about it, now the girl always gives us passive aggressive looks when we come in just because we said something. The amount of mistakes at this location has literally become a running joke that isn't funny anymore. The managers have always been super respectful and nice but it genuinely seems like the majority of the kitchen staff isn't properly trained and/or just completely don't care about customers. I know this is quite a long review but these things have to be said because it seems like nothing has changed since we started coming here over a year ago

Honestly I’m one of Mcdonalds regular customers, but day by day I become more and more embarrassed to be constantly buying from this horrible place. Staff are unbelievably rude, burgers are put together in an embarrassing way, and they randomly close even though it’s supposed to be 24/7. The place consists of unbelievably incompetent management, with even more incompetent and rude staff. I literally only eat there out of necessity since I’m a university student.

You can’t wash your hands unless you go on the third floor and touch plenty of doors on the way back. The toilets on the first floor are always closed.
